Solid parking garage at a great location. The attendants and valet parking are kind and friendly. Rare that they open till 9pm so you can enjoy your dinner or happy hour after work. Reasonable prices. Very dependable and safe.

After reserving and prepaying for a 3hr spot for my 2 seater Silverado, I was told by attendant that I needed to pay additional $10 for my car because it was classified as oversized even though I accurately entered my make model into spot hero system. Because we were running late I agreed to pay the $10 only for the manager to come in and tell me it would actually be an additional $45. They questioned the pricing on the spothero and said "that is their price, our price is $60."

They were rude and told me they weren't gonna argue and if I didn't like it I could park somewhere else. They also told me that I needed to call spothero for my refund and waved me to hurry up an leave. They do not honor spothero pricing and will try anything to increase the amount you will pay them at the door. Like I said it went from additional $10 to additional $45 for a 3hr reservation. The company is ACE parking. Horrible customer service.

Terrible parking company.
Be aware that they damage your car! And this parking is used by the hotel nearby!
Ask the hotel where they park before allowing them to valet your vehicle or take a picture and video of your entire vehicle before allowing them to touch it.
