I parked for 15 min, and had my ticket validated by FedEx. Get to the exit and it takes my ticket and says I owe $35 (the lost ticket / all-day price. Retry my ticket a few times and same thing. I press the help button, greeted by an extremely rude person who isn't speaking loud enough, who tells me I need to put my ticket in first and then my validation. Except my validation was on a sticker on my ticket (FedEx did this). I told him this 3 times before he finally listened. Eventually he asked for my name and then let me out. No idea why my name helps anything. This was after 5 minutes of back and forth with this guy who makes it very clear he's frustrated with his job and is taking it out on customers.

Not like there are options around here, but this place sucks. The businesses occupying the building need to pressure the parking operator to get it together.

It is expensive, but we paid $75 to park at another lot near Petco and the marina last weekend, just for the evening! So $45 is not that bad to park and walk to Petco - PLUS exit is very easy straight to I-5 and back north. Everything is expensive anymore ...

Prices have increased to $65 overnight! I used to use this parking garage often to avoid parking valet at nearby hotels when I visit SD for work. It was generally reasonable. Now you pay $35 until 4 am, then $30 for another day. So overnight parking is not a good option here.
It is a nice garage but it seems they got greedy. It used to be $30 overnight. I'll now be looking for another parking option.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude towards Mr. Peter Bethea, the Facilities Manager at LAZ Parking in San Diego downtown, specifically at 525 B Street, Procopio Building. Yesterday, my car was involved in a collision within the parking lot where I am a monthly customer. Thanks to the cameras installed in my car, I was able to identify the responsible vehicle and its license plate. After promptly contacting the management of the parking facility, Mr. Peter Bethea proved to be an incredible asset.

With his exceptional assistance, Mr. Peter went above and beyond to help me locate the negligent driver who collided with my car. The driver left the scene without even leaving a note. Mr. Peter demonstrated unmatched dedication and resourcefulness in reaching out to the driver on my behalf. He provided me with the driver’s name and contact details.

What truly stood out was Mr. Peter’s remarkable efficiency. In less than an hour, he managed to gather all the necessary information, enabling me to take appropriate action. Throughout our interaction, he maintained a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to assist. His warm smile and empathetic demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.

In a time where exceptional customer service is often rare, Mr. Peter Bethea exceeded all expectations. His dedication to his role and his genuine care for customers like myself deserve recognition. I am genuinely thankful for his outstanding assistance, which significantly alleviated the stress I was experiencing.

In summation, my experience with Mr. Peter Bethea was exceptional. He exemplifies what it means to provide exceptional service and support. Expensive, usually pay $30 when parking here and use it everytime when going to House of Blues, I feel safer walking alone from right next door. During games it increases to $40

Erst geht bei der Einfahrt der Scanner des QR Codes erst beim gefühlt 100.ten Versuch (viel Geduld mitbringen) dann soll man bei der Ausfahrt 32 Dollar zahlen, obwohl man bereits gezahlt hat. Vier Park Assistenten beenden einfach das Gespräch,nachdem man sämtliche Daten genannt hat (Reservation ID, Ticket Numbers, Uhrzeit der Einfahrt etc.) . Die 5. versteht das Problem, überprüft die Bezahlung und öfbet dann das Tor. Danke für die echte Hilfe! Die Ausfahrt dauerte so 30 Minuten. Geht. Gar. Nicht.

Misleading sign that cost you 64 dollars for 12 hours of overnight parking. Simply don’t come.

Got prepaid parking here through Chirp. No issues here with parking and was near the Gaslamp District. It's a bit difficult to find the entry back into here, but you'll go through the main building and will take the elevator to get into the parking lot again.
