Entre menos de una hora, puse mi ticket en la máquina y se lo Comió, luego me contesto una señorita que decía que Yo Había perdido mi Ticket!! Que tenía que pagar 100 dolares, repetidamente le dije que vea la camaras y me dice que ya había hablado con el Manager y que tenia que pagar la penalidad!! Este parqueo es una estafa!!! No hay nadie que te pueda ayudar!! No entren!!!

Cobran $20 por entrar y salir. Ponen un anuncio que es por 24 horas y luego al salir te cobran igual. es un engaño al cliente sin reclamación .

Wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Complete scam make sure you read the fine print was charged $30 for five minutes.. park up the road for a fair and honest price. $20 for 24 hours elsewhere in South Beach within a couple hundred feet of this business.

Sehr intransparente Preisgestaltung sowie absolute Abzocke!!! Von diesem Parkhaus ist abzuraten. Am Abend suggerierte das Schild noch, dass man hier für 20 $, 24 Stunden lang parken kann. Per Kreditkarte wurde Pre-Payed gezahlt und man bekam die Info, dass man bis „12:00“ Uhr wieder rausfahren soll, um weitere Gebühren zu vermeiden. Wir sind um 23:04 Uhr abends dort angekommen und sind somit davon ausgegangen, dass es halt leider doch nicht für 24 Stunden gültig ist, sondern nur bis 12 Uhr Mittag am nächsten Tag. Am nächsten Vormittag kam die böse Überraschung als wir um 10:25 Uhr unser Auto geholt haben. Das Schild wurde angepasst, indem man am Abend platzieren Klebestreifen abgezogen hat und die 20 $ nun nur noch für 5 Stunden gültig sind. Siehe Fotos. Jetzt war auch klar, dass wir noch am Abend bis 24 Uhr wieder herausfahren hätten müssen. Sprich 20 $ für nicht mal eine Stunde!!! Da wir jetzt jedoch quasi die maximale Parkdauer überzogen haben, mussten wir weitere 20 $ bezahlen. Also 40 $ für nicht mal 12 Stunden parken!!! In Deutschland nennt man das Wucher und ist somit gesetzeswidrig.

Entweder bietet der Betreiber hier eine anteilige Erstattung an, andernfalls werde ich meine Kreditkartenfirma kontaktieren.

Do not park here unless you are rich!!!
I entered parking because it said $30 per day or so I thought. Parked Sunday evening and left Thursday morning, I was shocked when I had to pay $240, called for help and the lady I spoke to didn’t care and I had to pay that amount. She told me that it was $20 for each 5 hrs. This is a total scam, they take advantage of tourists and first timers in SB.
I told the lady that I spoke to that they need to put the rates in big letters so people Can see exactly what they are getting into!!!
She said will let management know…I hope they do something about this as it not a fair business practice.

Attention! Absolute Scam, I paid 100$ for 24h Parking. Lost Ticket was only 80$. The Sign on the Entrance actually means 20$ for 5 Hours Parking

Its a parking garage. Excellent location. Credit card only. Pay when exiting. Very expensive. Lots of options around South Beach for $20-30 a full day.

AS many other have posted, this garage is a total scam. We were charged 3x the posted rate with no explanation whatsoever.

There is no way to contact anyone with any authority -- the operators know full well that they have you in a vulnerable position, needing to get your car out of the lot.

If you can avoid it - do not park here.
