They change the prices whenever they want. I get vouchers there from a job and some days they decide they won’t take them.

One time the ticket machine malfunctioned and I couldn’t exit, was trapped. I called the emergency number and while on the phone with an unhelpful lady, someone drove up to exit out of the monthly pass lane (different style of machine to exit, swipe passes). I piggybacked off them to exit and told the worker on the phone I was out. She had the gall to say “you can’t do that, you can get in trouble for that”. Lol ok lady, I’ll sit here trapped for however long it takes for your service person to get here so I don’t “get in trouble” by a parking garage
attendant.

Very convenient secure downtown parking- with an additional second entrance for 24/7 covered parking. Also known as Stadium West, it resides between office buildings and the Ball Park.

Don't park here unless you want to sit for an hour after a game. I think at $30 for a parking pass you could direct traffic out of the garage?! People don't know how to drive on a good day and don't realize there are two exit lanes at the end of the garage.

The garage seemed well kept up and clean. We were in town for an event at the Dome and almost drove past it because it blends in with the surrounding buildings because the signage is minimal and it has a garage door that stays shut until you drive up to it. The pedestrian entrance/exits also blend in and aren't easily differentiated because of the nondescript signage.

Seemed like a safe garage located close to many different attractions. We parked there for a Cardinal game on. Sunday afternoon and only paid $8 for parking and it's fairly close to the stadium.

Competitively priced, and the man helping to put money in the machine was very kind and patient. However the garage layout was what I thought needs improvement. A jam occurred as our event was ending and people were trying to leave.

We parked there Thursday and Friday. Not expensive, under $20. They didn't say it was closed Saturday so we had to find somewhere else to park that day. But it was closer to the Dome, less walking to the Dome even better. But cost $20.

Do not use this garage for ANY events at the Dome! We paid $45 to park in the garage for the Garth Brooks concert tonight ans we've been sitting here trying to get out for 45 minutes and the one cop directing pedestrian traffic won't stop them to let anyone out because people have the right of way. So there are a couple thousands cars trapped, we're going on 45 minutes and can't move. We just had to call the police department for help. Never again.
