This morning, somewhat mixed emotions at present. Here’s the situation: I am a monthly parker, the garage is fairly secure as there are security personnel 24/7 making rounds on ALL floors. This early morning 5:15 am ish I could not leave! The gate system was DOWN. Some folks tried to go OUT through the IN door, but only managed to Jam up the outer gate, and this ONLY three stars! ✨ all-in-all not a bad place to park, IN STL CITY!

My car got broken into in this garage. Beware of inadequate security and poor attitude anytime you interact with the staff. Would recommend any other parking solution instead, if possible.

This is the 2nd month after cancelling my parking that they have continued to charge me

Excellent parking space, not too expensive, very close(five minutes walk) from the gateway arch, park and museum, obviously you walk by a Starbucks during those five minutes ?, there is a West parking garage and an east one so pay attention where you are while you park, great service, once we found our car(EAST) we were on our way very quickly

$25 a day with cameras throughout the garage on each floor..... sounds like a bargain to me! We appreciated our vehicle being in great hands the entire time! Easy to maneuver within the garage and great parking spots available! The parking attendant while leave was an exceptional woman and a pleasure to visit with! Thank you and we'll be back to use the facility!

Parked here 2 nights on the weekend $30/night
My car was safe, I didn't see any shattered glass on the floor in the mornings, as I was actively looking at other cars while driving out
Did see a security patrol car
Nothing special but got the job done

Expensive for St. Louis ($3/hr), elevator doesn’t seem to work going down but works going up (strange). Signs for exiting could be clearer. Otherwise clean and well-lit. The lights in the garage have motion detection

If you could give zero stars, I would. They take NO responsibility for the safety of property on their premises. My car was stolen from the garage two months ago, even after a resident called them warning that there was a thief in the garage.

My car has been broken into multiple times.

Last night a series of windows were broken into multiple cars. I literally had NOTHING in my car that would have tempted a thief. Police were called when it was happening by a resident and they did not come. DO NOT under any circumstances think your car is safe in this lot. These people just care about money.

Nice place to park. Some floors have security cameras I am not sure about all. Some floors have designated parking for certain businesses. I definitely like the ease of parking and not having to worry if someone is going to damage it.
