Very convenient for Little Italy, but also very not cheap. Make sure you’re happy with the prices before going in. Parking itself is fine, if a little narrow in places.

Thieves preying on people with non-competitive, overpriced (to the point of predatory) costs and bad service. These people bring shame to San Diego. Crazy that this is how the owners of this business have decided to spend their lives, enriching themselves by ripping people off.

This parking garage does not post their prices anywhere. Once you park and put your credit card in a machine you learn the cost is $32 for 2 hours. We were 4 minutes late and forced to pay an additional $60. The person on-site just shrugged. Stay away from this racket!

Similar to other reviews, parkade is very expensive and does not post pricing - cost us $40 for 2 hours. We were travelling with a child so once we were parked and at the pay machine there was no turning back - I’d recommend finding parking elsewhere if possible.

The parking is underneath a nice condo/apartment. Helpful and nice attendant on site and you pay first by the set hours rate at the machine with your license plate number. We parked for four hours and it was $28 on a Thursday around noon.
Took the elevator up and was surprised to see the fountain and very close to many nice restaurants.
After lunch, we just walked south to the Gaslamp Quarter (sorry to say but saw many homeless along the streets) and then to Seaport to pay tribute to MIDWAY (been there four times, so did not go in this time), and then back.

this place is big time scam, i parked here as parking is slim in this area to check into a local hotel and the attendant at the podium said i could come back and park after my event. however when i did come back in the evening they would not let me in and i had to park elsewhere. then when i went to follow up to get reimbursed they stated there was no in-out privileges. even tho the attendant, which the rep i talked to affirmed me that he was ‘one of his most tenured employees’ stated i could show my ticket to come back in. i truly believe they do this regularly and simply refer to their signage as a reason for people only briefly parking to checkin. i understand there’s rules but i’ll always take a persons word over what is written on a sign, apparently Laz Management does not care about customer experience and only the almitghy dollar. Do better Laz Parking! NO STARS

Never park here!! Bare minimum is $24 for 2 hours. And the staff here are literally standing next to the car to ticket you if you come here a few min late. You will be forced to pay 60 fine. You have so much other options to park and pay way less!!!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE THIS!!

This garage is great. The attendants were very nice and friendly, and it’s in an awesome location. So convenient and near some of my favorite spots like morning glory and salt and straw.
