Service was smooth and easy! The parking lot to drop off your car is next door to Prime Storage - it’s a narrow driveway to the back of the parking lot. You could miss it at night.

Pick up from the shuttle service is 24 hours and very fast. We were asked to meet at Terminal C, exit doors 14. It’s a short walk to the pickup for the MTA. You’ll meet your driver there. I would call after you’ve picked up your luggage so you can time it right.

I’ve seen some other reviews about the dangers of parking here -due to next door but never had any issues.

I was going to give 5 stars for their service as everything was seamless until I received my vehicle. They have scratched my car from rear side with such big and bad visible scratches. No ownership of the damage. Simply made me fill a claim form and conveniently sent me an email denying the claim by sending a picture of completely different part showing scratch on a wheel. If they had the decency to own for the damages done by then this review would have been 5 star. BE WARE of the scratches and damages that will happen to your vehicle and in what condition will you get it back. Good luck.

Pros:
- Easy summon your pick-up shuttle process
- friendly service
- they cleared the snow off my car
- easily recognizable shuttles

Cons:
-1 star for taking 2 hours to pick me up
-1 star for not having big enough or frequent enough shuttles (after an hour I wasn't let on because the shuttle was full)
-1 star for charging an extra day (!!!!) because I got back after the time I put down when I dropped off my car (even though I summoned the shuttle well before that time)
-1 star for not telling me that was their policy. I would have added extra time just in case if I had known

Also they have massive potholes throughout their dirt lot, and their final price was 33% higher than what I now realize was only a rough estimate online.

I called multiple times while waiting for the shuttle, and all they said was that the shuttle was coming "soon." I will not use them again in favor of a service that has regular shuttles every 15-20 minutes instead of calling for it to come.

My only regret is that I didn’t get everyone’s names so I could personally recognize them for their service. This place is top notch. (If management is reading this, I flew out 11/10, early morning and we returned 11/12 around 4:30–great staff!)
The lot was safe and easy to find. The attendants at the desk were
courteous and helpful even at 5:30am. The shuttle was quick headed to the airport and returning and both drivers were friendly and helpful.
One of the best service experiences I’ve had with a car park/shuttle service.

My car was damaged in their parking lot. A sign fell from the building of prime storage next-door and scratched up my car and totaled the car next to mine. I was told by Bolt that they were speaking to the general manager next-door and they were going to cover everything. Today I got a call from prime storage telling me that they aren’t going to cover anything. I told Bolt that they are also responsible for fixing my car, they are also telling me no. I find it completely unacceptable that Bolt is not taking responsibility because my car was in there a lot. I am filing a complaint with a consumer protection department of NY. This is a picture of my car and the other car.
Don’t park here if you’re not 100% confident that your car will not be damaged whatsoever because you will end up paying for it or spending a lot of time fighting to have them pay.

Joelle and Sam were great. Don't park here if you want your car returned without damage! I am not the only one who had their car damaged by Bolt Parking. Please see multiple reviews.
After leaving the lot and stopping for fuel I noticed a ding with paint damage. I immediately called the lot and was told to send an email to Office@boltparking. This was done and we went back and forth with emails. Finally they refused to cover the damage they caused as it wasn't reported immediately.
