真っ暗で通路は狭いですが駐車スペースが多く空きがあります。同じビルのJマートで買い物すると2時間無料になるようです。
駐車場から出るときに間違った出口を進むとゴミ集積場にでるので注意してください。

If you are going to KTV karaoke late and if you can help it, DO NOT PARK HERE! They close exactly at 11 pm and they will not let you drive your car out. They don't care. And they charge you $80 PER VEHICLE if you want to leave. On top of what you already pay for parking. The only other option would be to leave your car in the garage and get it the following morning for a fee. I didn't have a choice and had to pay the $80 to leave. The whole experience ruined the night since I brought friends from out of town to KTV for karaoke. It doesn't make sense to me why you have business open past midnight but parking closes at 11 pm. You're better off parking at another lot or on the street where you're allowed. Don't risk it with these crooks and save yourself the trouble.

Recommend here if you will shopping in the Jmart. Because 2hours free parking if you buy more than $30 in Jmart (be sure the cashier stamp). And you can transfer goods from shopping cart to your car. It's very convenient. Entrance and exit is on Main street, but there is a studf will guide the pedestrian and let you in and out. The space of each parking lot is enough, not too small.
But it's only self-parking, no valet parking even they state that they have underground valet parking in their website. And there is no information shown the capacity, you don't know the availability before you enter. And keep in mind it's not open 24hours.

There were two Chinese guys directing traffic outside the garage. My husband was walking on the sidewalk and did not see the car coming out of the garage. One of the guys started yelling at him very rude and when I asked him to be polite, he almost hit me. This is the United States of America and this kind of bullying behavior should not be tolerated.

This garage is an absolute scam when it comes to locking people and their cars in OVERNIGHT. They literally locked their garage doors once 11:00PM hit while my friends and I came down little after 11PM to get the car and there was no one in sight to let us out. Security at the mall said all you have to do is leave the car there and come back in the morning to pick it up. Little did I know, this is probably the malls SCHEME to make people leave their cars overnight because they charged me $30 for that parking spot. I made a complaint to the teller when giving the fee and he started cursing at me in Mandarin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARKING HERE IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE HERE FOR KTV until closing time because that's how this parking lot gets to you. I did wonder why after couple years from other reviewers that this place does not change their routine for individuals to leave the garage. But now we know why....its just because they WANT to charge us that ridiculous overnight fee and give me a smirk when charging us that amount. Basically just another sleazy place that only cares about your money and not your well-being.

We ended up getting locked in the garage overnight as some others have said since we ended up running a bit late after dinner (around 11:10 we arrived at garage). All the signs said 8am - 11pm for garage business hours so we stayed with friends nearby and waited from when the garage doors opened at around 7am to 8am before calling management. First management said to wait a bit and the guy to take the money and let us out would be there soon. Then at 8:10 we called again and the management said oh they're actually open at 8:30am (which is not written on any signs hence my 1 star review). Thankfully someone finally came down and let us out at 8:20am. My main issues are that (1) if you let people into the garage around 1-2 hours before actual business hours, you need to make that known in the millions of signs around the garage and (2) if there are discrepancies in weekday vs weekend opening hours, that also needs to be included in the signs.

Conveniently located for visit to New World Mall and to heart of Flushing. Steep slope going into the garage, exiting might proof difficult for some cars. 2 level parking, if you have a SUV, look out for signs inside the garage, some area can be as low as 5ft 5in. A lot of tight corners to maneuver around columns, evident by all the damages marked on the concrete columns. Free 2 hour parking if you spend more than $60 at J- Mart on lobby, ticket must be stamped accordingly for validation. Cash only.
