Terrible service. Closing hours were only posted on a piece of printer paper in small font, so it was not easily visible from the vehicle. Our vehicle was trapped there until the morning, which caused us great inconvenience.

Avoid this garage like the plague.

It’s unfortunate that because of the area and demographic, residents and professionals in this community; have extremely low expectations for professionalism and a positive customer service experience. I parked here because I work in the vicinity. Before paying, I inquired about the price because I misread the sign posted when you enter the garage. Claudia who is a black, bald middle aged woman was the cashier. She was extremely rude when I asked about the price and told me to go read the sign outside again because I obviously read it wrong. I had to ask Claudia about 5x what the sign said because she continuously refused to tell me herself. After I finally paid, I went back to the window to ask for her manager so I could make a complaint regarding her deplorable behavior. After another unnecessary slew of commentary before giving me the managers name; she remained on her cell phone telling the person, that I was rude one and her behavior was justified.

The garage is busy but offers a decent price for early bird specials. They charge you $7 if you get in , 5am-8am / and out By 8pm. Parking is usually abundant but can't get crowded if you arrive later in the a.m. The dedicated spaces or wide enough for most cars. However you should still be mindful of door dings. Establishment as well kept with security, But usually they are just hanging out on the first floor. Remember to take parking ticket with you and pay before you leave. 2 exits/entrance. Elevator and stairs available.

This place is super cheap if you get there early. However is super dirty and kind of scary when walking up the stairs. It always smells like pee and elevators are out of service most of the time. When it rains the water literally drips down the walls. ?. I’m sorry but this place is pretty crappy. However, it gets the job done. I get a parking space all day just for $7 bucks in Jamaica Queens. Lol

Clean garage but they keep raising the prices. It used to be affordable but they are taking advantage of the inflation. Need more pay stations as well!! Its hell trying to pay at 1 station when everyone gets off at the same time!
