Best parking garage in New York! We paid on their website or an app that had the garage. We got a QR code. Scanned and went in and parked and left a couple days later. You can access your car anytime. Great garage and fair price. 110 for 3 days.

My experience with the parking garage was top-notch all the way through. The facility was well kept, well-lit, and super easy to navigate with plenty of parking spaces available. Plus, the staff were friendly and really made the whole process hassle-free.

Highly don't recommend this parking place. One of their staffs was very rude. I tried to get in the parking lot and his car parked there next to my car. He yelled at me to let his car in first even though my car was in the front of his car. He even stood next to my car to snapped at me. Said he was the employee so that's the reason why he should get in first. Super rude attitude. Then I talked to another employee. Even though I made the spot reservation and paid it online. He said the paking lot was full. And I need to call them to have the refund. It was a totally mess. Their manager should hire some professional people. Not crazy people. If there is a zero star rating, I will definitely do it.

This was an EXTREMELY convenient (valet style) option for parking near Battery Park w/ quick walking access to the ferry boats that take you to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island.

The pre-reservation option on the website provided huge peace of mind for a visitor to the "big city". All I had to do was follow the GPS, hand over the keys, and go about my day, without worrying about getting towed/booted.

Staff were very polite/professional and even went out of their way to let me drop off my shopping bag in my car halfway through the day. 10/10 recommend this location.

Horrible experience. Arrived at 5am to pick up my rental car so i could return it to the airport and catch a flight. Gate was closed. 3 phones calls and frequent buzzing of the door yielded nobody arriving until it was too late.
