Junio 7, 2022. Times Square Cityparking nos robaron 3 relojes , revisaron todo y nos percatamamos al regresar a nuestra ciudad, no existe un sitio para realizar la reclamo, servicio al cliente no contestan, mandé emails a la administración desde entonces y no han dado respuesta.

Good price for NYC. The staff were mostly nice. We checked out of our hotel at 9am but didn’t want to leave NYC until 5pm. They let us put our luggage back in our car so we can explore for the rest of the day, which was very kind. When we got to where the cars were parked, there was no direction from the staff there and we had to go find our car ourselves. The cars were parked so closely together that my husband had to climb through the back seat window to get to the driver’s seat to pull it forward enough to open the trunk. They watched us the whole time while we struggled. After we already started moving the car, they went and moved the car next to us. Very little customer service manners. Price was good for NYC though and it was right next to our hotel which was great.

Scratched and dented my car in two separate places. Didn’t notice until I got home and washed it. (I drove directly home from the garage.) I hesitated based on the reviews but was hoping to get lucky, especially since I drive a small car. The only positive thing I can say is I got my car in and out quickly, unlike some others. I would never park here again, and would not recommend if you care about dents or scratches on your car.

This place is shady- I'll admit I lost my ticket and when I told them they had my car they told me it wasn't there. Even let me search 1 floor to see if I could find my car. I left without my car and just felt like they were going to take it. So I called the police they came back with me and miraculously they made them look at the video see my car was there and find it in their system. I will never park here again no matter what the price. Skanky. Be careful. The lines are horrible too.

1114 6th Avenue Garage LLC, firstly bad advertisement they will overcharged. They had a sign once you entered 29.57 all day. We had our car for 5 hours and they charged us 45 dollars, 15 dollars extra. Don't believe any sign outside the parking ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT)

This place is a rip off don’t park your car here! Rude workers very unfriendly yelling at you for no reason. They adding almost 10 $ in taxes on the top of the prices. Paid 38$ for one hour
