Muy cerca del aeropuerto de los ángeles, excelente lugar para estacionar los autos, cuenta con servicio gratuito shuttles para el aeropuerto y de regreso

Reasonable. And the drivers are very nice. And when you call for the drivers they're really perfect, even with the holiday rush, they come every 15 minutes. Maybe an extra 5 minutes waiting time tops.
And what was lovely is other people had been waiting for their hotel shuttles and the driver took them to their hotel. So so nice.

Absolutely horrific experience. Spent over 1.5 hours standing at terminal 3 watching 6 shuttles drive by. Called the "manager on duty" multiple times with false reassurances that the next shuttle would stop. I had to run after a shuttle I had seen make at least 2 loops already and flag him down, despite him having room on the shuttle (#74) he tried to wave me off telling me to wait for the next shuttle. I finally was able to get on basically standing in front of the shuttle so he couldn't move forward then he finally let me on. His excuse "I have to drop off other customers". Laughable service. Avoid at all costs

Making reservation and instructions was so easy to follow.
You could save your QR code on phone or you can print it out. Going to park your car was easy, neat & spacious parking.
Waiting for shuttle bus was quick, helpful & cheerful. The drive very knowledgeable about which terminal & what time your flight departing. They let you know if you walk more due how busy airport was they were very polite about it. The bus was also clean.

Picking-up: was excellent too. The phone customer service got answer me right away & guide me where to wait. Happy Customer here.

Overall experience was great customer service and seamless ride.

I have used Joe’s for a while now but it’s gotten worse and worse. The shuttles pass you by even when you’re right in front of the red pickup sign and the shuttles have been taking FOREVER!! Going back to Parking Spot. I saw 5 buses from each of their locations pass before I got picked up tonight.

I rented a Turo from this garage. It was pretty easy getting in and out just be sure you have the guy's phone number to leave the garage or something to enter in as a code. Parking here was great. The shuttle guys that take you to LAX are way cool and punctual. No problems getting in and out.

First time using Joe's parking and have no complaints. Very convenient and easy to find and park. The driver did his job and got me to where I needed to be, I didn't expect him to help with my luggage as he is the Driver not my personal luggage handler. On my way back, I did have to stand on the shuttle but didn't mind, I was actually grateful that the driver allowed me to get on, otherwise I would have had to wait longer. Sometimes I get lucky with a seat, other times I have to stand. I will definitely book again
