This review is solely for Yolanda D. I made the wrong turn within the garage and ended up coming out through the garage parking exit without a ticket. After receiving apathetic attitude from the initial attendant, Yolanda came over to assist in a calm and humanly manner. She showed compassion in a moment of fluster and I really appreciate her help!

Literally the worst. Parking at this airport is a nightmare simply because the management agency is incompetent. The boards that point to free parking are generally wrong. Forget about quickly paying with SunPass because it will take a minute to verify the pass, it’s easier to pay with a credit card. MCO needs to learn from the Tampa airport how to accurately say how many spots are open on each floor and quickly allow SunPass payments. No enforcement of illegal parking in the terminal top garage. I’ve seen better managed parking lots in Central America.

I want to give a big shout out to Wathson Jacinth from ABM orlando, he's a wheelchair guy and helped my grandmother with her arrival and pick up. He also call me and made sure my grandmother felt good awaiting for her ride.

I will highly recommend to avoid at all cost ~ this company by far the worst and stands with no type of ethics or professionalism! They are pocketing people money and also seen one employee smoking outside of the booth. This organization & their entire operation needs to be shut down completely! The employee Cristina is very unprofessional, aggressive and very disrespectful along with her boss “Roberto” they are in fact prejudice I will keep my distance from them! It shows they are in fact a two star company and that’s bad real bad and real sad! I spoke with their “operations supervisor” who is also unpleasant comes off very angry name “Sheila says she’s been with the company for 33 years like that suppose to mean something ~ kept talking over me because she couldn’t handle the truth but I will made sure to continue press on this issue until the problem is solved .

We were parked at remote South lot for 2 weeks. Came back to a dead battery late last night 10.25.2023. An ABM attendant 'Bill' came to our rescue with a jump. So grateful and happy for the great customer service!!!

OIA is terrible went to park in the garage to pick up family and instead of saying the garage was full we proceeded to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a spot by that time our family was waiting on the curb when we pulled out of the garage to pick them up we were charged for driving around and was NEVER ABLE TO PARK! We explained this to the attendant and we got an "oh well" from her. But you know what it will happen again and probably to me due to the fact this is the closest airport to us. I would have not been so bitter about this situation if a little more kindness would have be given, but people nowadays really don't know what that is apparently.

I was excited to hear I could valet my car and get it detailed. I dropped the car Friday at noon and told the valet I would be back Monday at 2:30. He assured me that was sufficient time to get the car detailed. When I returned Monday the car was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. I was told well there is only one guy and he does not work on Saturday or Sunday and he was too busy Monday to do your car. I'm finding this attitude somewhat indicative of service in Florida. It is a shame they do not take pride in delivering what they advertise and offered no consideration for my inconvenience. As for Hyatt, they are hands off as the parking is by a third party. I'm not buying that. If I were "Hyatt" and received such a complaint I would be making sure some corrective action were put in place and I would be making an offer to the customer worthy of satisfaction for the inconvenience. Don't get disappointed by using this high priced service that does not care if they don't deliver.
