This garage has gone way downhill. In need of serious repairs. Neither of the elevators worked, which sucked for my broken toe and the south stairs weren’t lit at all so I didn’t go down them. Felt unsafe and seedy. New pay by phone system is fine, but they should be investing in maintenance rather than payment systems.

Avoid at all costs for an event. Never parking here again. The new online payment method is not easy to follow at all. Anyone not used to qr codes on their phone will struggle mightily (my older parents the prime example).This was clearly the case last night, as it took 20 minutes to leave despite only being at the top of the final ramp. No one knew what to do. And despite an online only system, there were still 3 people working to get people out, so what was the point? And the system charges a processing fee on top of the rate, unlike parkmobile only charging tax. Too many people were starting the payment process when they got to the exit, which takes several minutes to fill out, not that there's any instructions anywhere. I managed to have it set up before hand, but leaving you have to scan a qr code, then send a text to open the closed gate, which was not clear, since the text response says "Just drive out!" Too clunky, considering 3 people were being paid to sit there too.

None of this mentions the entire second floor lights flickering like a fire alarm, and the elevators, ha, only half operate, and there's no lights in them. Judging by other reviews, this hasn't changed in months. I know ventilation in them hasn't been a thing for years.

Taking my chances with street parking from now on since I only visit a couple times a year.

Terrible experience with the new payment system. It’s sold as easier and faster. After entering information and credit card received a text saying to just drive out and we would get charged. Didn’t work. The attendant told us to scan QR code on pay station. We did and we got a text saying to exit. Didn’t work. Attendant blamed us and said we needed to enter credit card again and zip code. We entered credit card again but no place to enter zip code. Showed attendant that there is no place to enter zip code and he just shrugged. We eventually selected Apple Pay and finally got out. They have two attendants at the exit to support a system that’s supposed to be more efficient. Not sure what happened with this garage. They also don’t validate the AMC movie theatre anymore and it’s more expensive.

We also discovered after getting the receipt that there is also a .99 cent service charge on top of the parking fee! The main issue with seeing this is that you don’t have any other payment choice. The new ownership is a big disappointment.

Terrible! For years we have parked in this garage when going to see a movie at Sundial. We validated our ticket and got a discount on parking. No more. Now you must come with a cell phone and credit card. If you left home without both, there is no way you can get out of the garage. The staff were nasty, acted like it was our fault the system was screwed up. We did the QR code, put in credit card, finally got out. What a buzz kill after a movie. And for all that, they charge a service fee in addition to the hourly rate. Never again.
