It doesn't matter if the sign out front says flat rate or not they will find a way to charge you more. The full sized rate they charged me was more than double what the sign said and was not listed anywhere. There is no elevator and the stairwell was disgusting. The surrounding area is strictly enforced 2 hour parking and they take full advantage of it. park elsewhere.

Super narrow parking spaces (had to park on my own...didnt they used to be valet only?). Luckily, was driving my own Prius and not a rental. Must've been on a day there was an event. Told him I was parking for 2 hours for a celebration of life and he said $50. Even on Nob Hill, that seems pretty pricey. The stairs to/from the level I parked on were scary, dark, narrow, and parts were rickety. I felt unsafe. Only plus is I was allowed to back into the space.

This garage is a scam - AVOID. Cashier charges whatever they want. One car went in and was charged a $20 flat rate, and I drove in 2mins later and was charged $40 (sign still said $20). The cashier changed the sign to $40 after charging me.

Expensive, overnight parking is $60. At least there's in and out privileges.

More like “crook” garage. The Sign clearly said $20 flat rate, but when we pulled up, the valet wanted $50. As we drove off we saw him taking a new sign out saying $60. No other prices listed anywhere, so beware! He’ll charge whatever he wants.

Do NOT park here if you have a manual transmission. This is a valet-only garage unless you pay the monthly $500/mo parking price (which they will try to sell you on after they fry the clutch). I had a monthly pass here and have moved my car to a different garage.

I asked if the attendants all knew how to drive a clutch and they assured me they all had to pass a test. This could not possibly be the case as several times when picking my car up it REEKED of burnt clutch, and the dash camera confirmed it. When I asked about parking the car myself they said I would need to purchase a different pass for an extra $150/mo. The cheaper pass is apparently valet only. Take your car next door to Masonic, you can park it yourself, it's cheaper and an overall better experience.

I left my car in this garage overnight and while it was there I had several items stolen. Considering you hand over your keys and trust they'll keep you car locked and safe, this is pretty unacceptable for a garage. They were extremely unprepared to file a missing items claim and at this point I have no confidence that they'll do anything with the mess of papers they had me fill out. I'd avoid this garage if you are in the area.
