Prestige Parking Lot is a great parking alternative for hotel guests. It appears clean, safe, and well-managed. However, keep in mind that regardless of where you book, you can only enter and exit the lot once per day. Exceeding this will incur a $10 fee. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Booked through SpotHero as it was the most affordable and walking distance to my hotel. I liked that there was more of a secure storage for the cars rather than it being an open lot. Pleasant experience and would use their services again!

Even if the hotel you stay at recommends this lot or has a partnership, do NOT use it. It allow calls itself “SF City Parking,” probably because “Prestige Parking” did not end up gaining much prestige. Hotel claims they will give in out privileges but then the attendants give you looks every time you come to get your car. It look almost 45 minutes to get my car on Sunday during their busiest time because they only had 2 attendants and their filing system is basically ancient Sumerian.

There seemed to be only one attendant working (for all duties, including parking cars, retrieving cars, and working the service window) at 11am on a Tuesday.

I was shocked that the attendant seemed to be driving the vehicles extremely recklessly, including my own (in front of me)... spinning tires and oversteering/"drifting" around tight corners in the garage with other vehicles close by.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was no one at the window to help us and we had to wait close to ten minutes. When the attendant finally returned to the window, he insisted that he was required to charge us for the extra time that we were waiting at the window for help and there was nothing he could do about it.

My friend and I had a great experience with Prestige Parking. The staff members were very helpful and parking for the entire night cost only $40 (exactly what the signage indicated). When we asked, a staff member even walked my friend and I to our hotel around the corner (it was dark when we dropped my car off). Drop-off/pick-up were also both relatively quick. Would recommend!

If you care about your car, don’t do it. They charged $55 for a day and ended up parking my truck against the back wall - without the parking brake enabled. Anybody that actually knows cars knows that it immediately rolls back to the parking pin and all the weight of the truck is now on it’s bumper. But they say “we have sponge” on said wall. Ok cool, I saw my parking sensors imprint on it from the weight… 70K Raptor - they didn’t care at all. Trust me, park anywhere else you can.
