Anthony and Kelly at iStorage, Desert Hot Springs, were so friendly and made sure I would have a spot for my trailer for the winter season. I asked a lot of questions. They were patient, helpful and thoughtful. Anthony even offered to help guide me as I backed into my space. Now that’s service!!

They are ALWAYS so helpful in the office. VERY UNDERSTANDING and try to work with you as best as possible. With my current health conditions, it's hard for me to get there to eliminate having 2 storages which has been costly since they raised the cost of the storage units by they have offered options as to help me. On some units they offer 1st month free.
Only negatives I can see is they no longer have a rental truck to use to move your stuff in or out which was way more convenient. They have gotten broken into but they acted quickly and fixed what was necessary. I would suggest only they have 2 gates. 1 to enter and 1 to exit as it is a little tight and deals for existing clients throughout rental time if it's a long period.

The lock to my storage was removed, and my belongings stolen. They aren't going to fix this issue they are only going to ask you to buy a new lock. I do not recommend this as a safe location for anything.

I booked on-line and followed up by phone. It was good to talk to a person (who was very helpful). The only negative, which was not at the control of the person, is not being able to book ahead, instead of starting my contact on the day of the phone call.

The staff at the Desert Hot Springs location are fast, friendly and very professional. They always go out of their way to help and be accommodating. I kept my Airstream trailer there for five months without a problem. Thank you. I'll be back.
