Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Settembre nello Studio A. Appartamento di buone dimensioni, ottime addirittura riguardo al bagno che è davvero grande. Letti comodi, arredamento nuovo e funzionale, impianti ed elettrodomestici a posto. La mancanza di uno scoperto, anche piccolo, è un po' noiosa al mare ma lo sapevamo quindi non è una critica (e se non c'è anche solo un piccolo balcone probabilmente è perché non era permesso realizzarlo).
La posizione è ottima, bisogna fare 5 minuti a piedi dai parcheggi ma si è nella zona più bella del paese.
Non do 5 stelle perché tutte le finestre sono difettose, non si chiudono perfettamente. Questo è un problema soprattutto per i rumori perché è come avere le finestre sempre aperte. Per fortuna dalle 23 in strada c'è silenzio fino alle 8 del mattino dopo ma se qualcuno ha ritmi diversi può essere un problema, così come in caso di calima. Ad ogni modo è un problema che andrebbe risolto anche perché non è assolutamente difficile farlo.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti presso questa struttura, nello specifico abbiamo scelto il monolocale “studio”. Ottima la posizione: ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e l’alloggio si trova a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia principale.
L’appartamento ha una cucina ben attrezzata (ottimo per chi desidera cucinare dei pasti un po’ più impegnativi) e lasciano molti asciugamani a disposizione.
Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di utilizzare dei teli mare e un ombrellone per il mare. Impeccabile la pulizia e la disponibilità dei proprietari.

NB. Consiglio di indicare online i luoghi dove poter parcheggiare la macchina perché nei giorni di festa non è facile trovare posto

This was my 4th time in Puerto de Mogán, the 1st time in this apartment. It is a gorgeous little place (Estudio A), furnished with taste and consideration and with absolutely everything you could wish for. However ...

1. The flat is located in the old part, with narrow alleys (amplifies sound), locals calling to eachother, deliveries taking place early in the morning (07:45 for the ironmongers), tables and chairs being set up for the restaurant close by by latest 8 a.m. and not closing until 10 p.m., renovations on walls and laundromats being done ... this is NOT a quiet location. Anybody who thinks it is must either have a hearing impairment or live on Times Square. Bring industrial strength silicone earplugs! And if you think "close the windows", the noise level remains exactly the same whether the windows are open or shut, so really they are only there for decoration.
2. The steps leading from the front door up to the 1st floor are steep and super, super narrow, i.e. you cannot walk up the stairs with your suitcase in one hand. or not a big suitcase. what a struggle!! i managed eventually, huffing and puffing.
3. the matresses are very fancy orthopedic ones so bravo to the owners investing in these. but, they killed my back. killed it. when i asked if they had a topper, the answer was "sorry, no". and i still had 11 nights ahead of me so i was desperate. in the end, the place i usually stay at lent me one, thank god. as it was, i had to see the osteopath + the massage therapist. matressss are NOT one size fits all!

for the above reasons this apartment doesn't work for me, as nice as the furnishing was. others may disagree but this was my experience. but my next 2 trips are booked with the man with the toppers.
