Pricing is very reasonable. Paying was easy. I note this because I was worried by all the reviews about the broken machines.

Currently you pay by credit card at the booth when driving out. Person at the booth was polite and payment was fast.

Came for jury duty. Just a warning: they close the entrance between 8:30-8:45 to let employees in. And on my way back I asked the guy at the car entrance where I go to pay. His response as he walked me across the 2 entrance exit lanes : did you park here? You need to read this. Thanks for nothing!

FRIDAY 28TH OF OCTOBER PARKED MY TRUCK @730AM on my way to work (on 11th street) Got off work @530pm and looked like it was stolen i go to the cashier/security guard and nobody knows if it was stolen or towed me and the security spent 40 minutes looking up every floor (8) i told the man i wanted to speak to a supervisor a guy they called said to the security to fill out a form . I asked to check their cameras and how can they let someone out without paying with a ticket we get coming in ? BTW we have to pay with a credit card . Its Saturday and still nobody has reached out to me about the incident i have no car no reason. Where my truck was parked there was no broken glass or any thing these people have to be responsible to a point they are also rude when you have an issue at the lot.the owners need to do better at security becase they sure are good to find infractions you do.i need help smh

This is not the first time I have heard bad things about the security guard who works there, there has been plenty of times including fellow co-workers as well has complained about him. He is more worried about how and where you are parked, as oppose to people cars getting broken into, as well as stolen. That man needs to leave that place.

SUPER rude.. Not from the area, I attempted waiting in front for 7 am (opening) hoping to see an attendant. Once someone finally showed up (security) to tell me I was in a red zone, I tried to ask how to access the garage without a card.. He just repeated "you cannot park in the red zone" over and over.. Gave no information what so ever. The least they could do is have some type of information at their gate or something noting where you should wait for the business to open. Especially since they don't have an attendant available at 7 a.m.

Terrible rude customer service. Not a safe place to park. Easier to park on the street. Machine ate my credit card. Very rude about retrieving it. Took forever. Refused to allow me to pay my original parking fee. Had to also pay for the sweet time it took them to open up the machine. Hung up when i called for help. Should have left and canceled my credit card.

Worst parking garage I have ever been in. We were stuck in the tunnel for 32 minutes trying to exit from the 4th floor. THIRTY-TWO minutes breathing exhaust fumes and losing our minds. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Watch out for rude and hostile security guard. My husband drops me off on the first floor street level along with my i laws and the guy stars yelling at us ! You can’t stand here! You need to move! At first I didn’t understand him bc he was far away, I moved closer to him so I could hear him and he got louder angrier and aggressive. I had to call the main office to complain . It was unprecedented.
