Really good food. My wife ordered 3 tacos, one asada, one chicken, and one fish, and all 3 were great. I ordered the SBC burrito, also tasted excellent. I wasn’t sure if the food would be enough for me so I also ordered a shrimp taco and that alone filled me up before I even got to my burrito. Big tacos, huge burrito. Very filling food. Will be back.

In short, The Baja Shrimp and Fish tacos are delicious

I ordered fish and shrimp Baja tacos. I also ordered the chips with salsa and guacamole. Unbeknownst to me, I got there after someone placed a large phone order. As a result, It took some time to get my order. Meanwhile we snacked on some chips, salsa and some guacamole. In my opinion the guacamole could use some more flavor and the portion size should be more. The saying of “it was worth the wait” was true. We got our Baja tacos (see posted pictures). They were fresh and hot. The size of the tacos was so full that it was a struggle to close the taco. The flavor of Baja tacos is definitely there. The long wait was not an issue as they made it right. I definitely will be going back and I recommend this place as Bakersfield needed this type of dish.

Amazing! We got 3 taco combos (and drinks) to include, shrimp, fish, asada and pollo. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The flavour combinations were perfectly balanced with lots of delicious garnishes and sauce and perfectly sliced lime wedges! We ordered online to take away but there was a perfect little set up to sit and eat if you wanted or whilst you were waiting. Very friendly staff!

My coworkers and I stopped here for lunch today. They told me the food was really good and it was. The 2 Taco combo that I got was loaded. I got pollo and asda, they serve it chips, a jalapeno, green and red salsa. ? I can't wait to stop by tomorrow night for dinner. The service was very good also. All in all a very good experience. I will be recommending Baja tacos to all of my friends and family.

I am generally underwhelmed by food trucks, but everything I've eaten or drank from this food truck impressed me. The folks preparing food have high standards, and the fish tacos and shrimp fries feature exceptional freshness and flavor profiles. In addition to solid food, the owners are friendly and hospitable. I frequent the food truck as much as I can and would likely do so even more often were their hours extended.

Wow I got 3 tacos (asada, shrimp, & fish) with a drink for like 18$.... kinda pricey but it is worth it.. plus what isnt pricey these days And the tacos were big and filling. The asada was flavorful and tender, and the fish and shrimp were battered and very crispy. It was all so so good. The lady was very nice and helpful. I am very impressed and will be coming back for my birthday.

Our road trip to the Mojave desert took us through Bakersfield, and a search for tacos led us here. What a fantastic addition to our vacation. Walking up to the window to order, I was greeted with a lovely smile and a friendly greeting. I’m so used to poor service at food trucks that I was I initially stunned by the friendly demeanor, and nearly couldn’t remember how to respond. Once our order was ready, the food was handed off with yet another big smile and a free sample of the horchata (which was VERY yummy). At this point, the food could have been pretty mediocre and we still would have been stoked overall.

The burritos were not just wrapped in foil, but came in food container boxes with a handful of chips, little containers of both salsas, and some sliced radishes. The kids’ meal came in a segregated take-out container that kept everything separate. Small details, yes, but we appreciate them making the effort to present the food in a way that made it easy to eat.

I got the SBC burrito, my wife had the shrimp burrito, and our boy had the kids quesadilla w/ rice and beans. Both burritos were generously sized, filled with delicious ingredients, and assembled properly (and by properly I mean with the ingredients distributed throughout, not lazily packed in clumps that you would end up eating individually). The chips tasted fresh, crunchy, and just the right amount of salty. The kids’ quesadilla was bursting with melted cheese, and our 6yo crushed all his rice and beans in short order. We had three very happy tummies heading out of town.

We are bookmarking these folks and are looking forward to stopping by for another meal on our way back home!
