Dr Baker is wonderful, took the best care of my son when he had to have his tonsils removed. He had to pull a tooth and he even made sure the tooth fairy found it ?

Dr. Baker has been our family's Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor since we moved here in 1992. He's an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. His nurse practitioner is great and she's so sweet. His staff is outstanding. They are all professional and super friendly there.

I've been a patient with Dr Baker for many years. He is truly a ray of sunshine! His staff has been courteous and wait time is reasonable. I've seen him for different issues, most recent was a surgery on my vocal cords.

Where do I start! So first off I had an aspiration biopsy done. Everything was fine afterwards and then a week later my neck started swelling getting uncomfortable, and I was having trouble breathing. I called bakers office and was told it had nothing to do with the biopsy but I could see his p.a. she looked at me and said I had allergies. Went for an ER visit and I was bleeding into my throat and nearly died. Next I have had 2 thyroid cysts for years. Got a new ultrasound and now have 5, 3 of which are solid and contain calcifications. Baker saw none of this on the ultrasound and said nothing needed to be done and my primary got me into an endocrinologist and got it taken care of. Everyone is human and makes mistakes so I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous.

Would NOT recommend Dr. Bakers office. First they will say they take your insurance and then charge you $160 for a “new client visit”. This visit was also a 5 minute talk with an assistant who told me to go get some Flonase from Walmart. Then sent me walking, along with a ridiculous amount billed to me.
