Tip for those trying to make use of the 2 hour free parking during the week, they will still charge even in the 2 hour window (if you risk being on the dot).

Support attendant did not seem to be aware of the cost windows, which are posted outside. They also mentioned there is no grace period/window.

LAZ parking management does not seem to have cost windows tracked for this location in their systems, so make sure you are charged correctly.

Their online customer support is either non-existent or buried in their site, so good luck disputing any transactions.

I parked my car there. It was quite exciting!
(not really). I just parked a car in a slot. It was actually rather mundane. But I did find a spot so, I guess that was nice? I'm kinda torn now?!? You do get that thrill when you find a slot to park in. But, it was kinda expensive.
OK, now I feel I've rambled on too long about a stupid parking space!! DON'T JUDGE ME!! I'm sorry! That was a bit extreme. I'm sorry I went all "caps" on you. I over reacted. Now I sound like I'm pandering to you? I guess maybe I am? I didn't realize you meant so much to me? Well, you actually don't. I just didn't want you to think negatively about me.... I think we've both grown as individuals through this experience. We're both ready to move on in that great big world out there. And here's a place we can park our cars while we're out in that crazy world! Cheers!!

Fantástico lugar, lleno de tiendas Interesantes, diferentes restaurantes y lugares muy agradables para visitar, aunque se encuentra retirado del centro de Atlanta vale la pena visitarlo, lo más emblemático es la visita al estadio de béisbol, un plus son las 2 hrs de parking gratis. Recomendable al ?.

This parking situation is awful. I don't know where the problem is, but I was on the 6th floor, stuck for 1 hour and 14 minutes. Security said they were doing their best, but if we felt unsafe to call 911. I was there for a concert. How do they handle athletic events?
I won't be frequenting this area, nope.

Parking was $10 for a school field trip that the school was told was free for 3 hours or less. 2 hours and 44 minutes was $10. It's the furthest from the park as well, which would've been fine if it was free...but it wasn't.

Been on the 5th floor for 30 minutes and no movement. This is a fire hazard and no other gate options are open but one. This is horrible.

Awful lot design and management. Spent 45 minutes in a line of cars on a random Friday night with no baseball game trying to just make it to an exit to pay. One of the exits was inexplicably closed, reducing options. This is why I have never come to the Battery and have no intention of visiting ever again. This place is a car hellscape designed by psychopaths. Skip it.
