I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place deserves a review in the negatives. Last night, I was at the Bridgewood and valeted my car. Next thing you know, I got in my car, and it smelled a little weird. The following day, I get in my car to go to church, and it smelled like marijuana. I am very disgusted by the behavior of the employees participating in illegal activity. I will be getting a legal professional involved as well as the police.

Horrible people. The attendant were obviously drunk/ or high off something. They kept talking a lot and tried to over charge me 75$ for parking up front. I believe the attendant name was Kyle and Sam.

I was staying at a property and used them for overnight parking. When they retrieved my truck the next morning, it had large dent and scratches all for the drivers side of the truck. Brand new truck. Was fine when I gave them the keys. Their response so far- “we didn’t see the damage occur on camera so we are not accepting responsibility”. That is NOT “serving others” as their mission statement on their website states. Rather, the mission statement is a string of fabricated lies to sell their terrible service to the next victim. And after speaking to hotel management, I was not the first to have that happen to. And judging from their haphazard attitude, I will not be the last.

Honestly, if i could give zero stars i would. Picture this waited 15 Minutes’s for the one valet on staff to park my car. Upon his return, he berated me for not moving the the cones and self parking my car in a space. After five minutes of uncomfortable conversation in front of other customers of cassis restaurant and ot valet customers who were also waiting he said, “ sorry buddy i cannot take you.” Even as the other customers protested he turned me away. Hard to imagine such a poorly trained attendant serving as the Face of courtesy valet or Cassis restaurant. Regards another disappointed potential customer.

I arrived at the valet around 10:30PM & was NOT informed that the valet would be closing in 30 mins. I returned in a few hours to find the valet gone. They kept my car overnight and charged me $50 when they opened in the morning. So on top of the $50 there were 2 roundtrip $40 Uber rides. When I called, the valet manager (Justin Mortensen) was extremely unprofessional and rude. He refused to believe that his employee forgot to tell me when they closed and rudely stated "thank you for your business".
