Bene per il parcheggio che è interno, però non ci era stato comunicato che il pagamento doveva essere fatto in contanti. Quindi prelevate prima così da non dover fare giri inutili.

Too pricey compared to other port parking in other cities. stay at hotel, take a Uber and leave you car there. They won't charge you and it will cost the price of an Uber. Much cheaper

Friendly personnel YES Except when you ask why no one ever came to pick you up and 30 + people. Who were left to Uber or Lyft or cab back to the parking garage. We waited almost 2 hours.
I asked the attendant who was loading up two empty vans why no one came to pick us up. They were busy. If I wanted to complain call the number on the van. I called that number at the cruise port. Left my name and number NO Call No Show.
Yes drop off was great
Pick up after the cruise never happened.
The garage was nice and shared ground floor space with Whole foods. So it seemed safe and dry. Did i mention that we were waiting in rainy conditions. So a multi level parking garage is really handy.
So getting to the port not an issue.
Getting back, You roll the dice.

Very friendly staff at check in, vans were timely. Staff went out of their way when I accidentally left my purse in the very back seat. They immediately found it and returned it. Can't say enough good things about this company!!

The booking process was easy and the facility appeared to be convenient to the port. However, several days prior to my cruise, i realized that i would no longer need a parking spot, so I called twice to cancel the reservation and get a refund, but there was no answer. I've emailed multiple times and submitted three requests through the contact portal on their website, however, I have never received a response. Terrible business...They have stolen $80 from me.

Definitely would not recommend especially for cruise parking. When we returned from our cruise and arrived at the parking garage at 8 am no one was there and a our phone call went to voice mail with no response. A neighboring business had a different number and called on our behalf and were told that someone would come in 10 minutes which they did not. My husband walked into an unsecured area of the garage and found our car. I had a second set of keys so we loaded up our luggage, got in to decide what to do next. Should we wait for someone who may never show up to give us our keys or leave? We looked up and found our set of keys under the windshield wiper blades! So our car was unprotected with the keys there for anyone to take. Unbelievable. Fortunately there was no damage and no additional miles on the odometer. Next time we'll spend more and park at the cruise port.

It was easy to book online and pay and there was someone there to park our car, however, when we returned from our cruise, no one was there to let us in to pick up our vehicle. We stood on the sidewalk for 40 minutes before the attendant came up, opened the gate and walked off. No apologies for being late. Nothing!! No posted hours. Seemed very sketchy. Won't recommend or use them again.
