I can't believe the price is now $30. It's a taxpayer funded garage. If they displayed the price before I entered the garage I would have parked somewhere else. The price to park is higher than the admission fee going to the Arizona Science Center. When they built the parking structure they said it was going to benefit the stadium and Arizona Science Center so taxpayers should pay for it. I don't think it benefits the Arizona Science Center when the parking is higher than admission.

ACE parking has to be one of the worst companies on earth. I've been over charged, double charged, stuck behind thier gates. No one answers the call buttons. I got fed up one on a double charge, called them and was told I'll have a hard time proving it! No help, just bad attitude.

Was told the garage was getting locked down from 9:40-10:30pm after the diamondbacks game, yet approaching the gate to exit at 9:15pm the gates were all closed with a police officer saying “sorry, go talk to garage management.” Sat at the gate to get out for 45 minutes until the fiteworks were over. Don’t lie about when a PARKING GARAGE is getting locked down and people can’t get out. Absolute idiocy.

It's a parking garage, what can you really say about it? We went for a ball game. They charged us $30 to park yes it felt expensive just to park but it was very close to the ball park so we paid it.

I normally use this garage during conventions and events and I was extremely upset to see that they hiked the price up to $40 yesterday (it was the normal $20 when we parked on Friday), which is absolutely ridiculous for a parking garage. Never in the history of this garage have I experienced this and I will no longer support a company that feels it is okay to do this when there are larger scale events occurring. This is not okay and it is price gouging.

First time I parked here it was free….second time I was expecting it to be free or at the very least $6 like the other parking garage not far from that one. I was shocked when I was leaving and the screen said $20!! $20 is RIDICULOUS. Will not be parking here ever again….

Incorrect information, online price was listed as $12 for all day parking, but price was $20 when we got to the garage (Wednesday morning, no events). Garage facility itself was fine.
