I recently had a good experience parking here.
- Parking spaces have good size. Very comfortable to park full size SUV.
- Reasonably priced and great location in Flushing
- Easy to make payment and track time remaining using app/website.

Additional comments: the service fee mentioned by others is a "service fee" I believe it is to cover online payment/website service. As a typical business model, a credit card company collects service fee from merchant, the same thing, the difference is that it charges directly from the customers and customers are mad about it. It is psychologically making people mad.

I am very happy there is a parking lot I may use in the busy city and it is close to everything when I visit.

Single floor above ground parking lot. They've changed their payment system a few times since the renovation. Most recently, they have changed to using Metropolis and cameras that scan your license plate on entry/exit.

At least for paying customers, it is more convenient as after the first time you register, the entry/exit cameras will scan your license plate and automatically start, end, and bill the parking fee. It saves time in terms of not having to manually start a session in the old app or having to manually extend a parking session.

Another plus - I've noticed an increase in parking availability since the renovation, presumably due to the disappearance of the free loaders who did not pay for parking.

The downside of all this automation progress is that you can not skip paying if you have a brief dropoff/pickup to make (or if you were the type to risk not paying under any situation). I'm curious as to what exactly happens if you do not register your vehicle for parking.

There is a duration threshold before your parking session results in a charge, but I haven't figured out how long that window is. Presumably this is to allow someone to exit the lot without being charged if they drive in and cannot find a spot or change their mind about parking.

They charge a service fee by the hour. What service?! I parked my own car... Payment requires you to scan some QR code online and is super confusing. Avoid if you can...

Please don’t park here if you have options. With the new system, they will over charge you. I’ve been parking there since they opened because of the location. Today I drove in and out for an exactly one hour and one minute, but am being charged for two hours. I sent them an email and received automatically response “the recipient’s mailbox is full and can’t accept messages now.” This is ridiculous!! Then later on, someone named Kristine said the grace period 10 minutes. Ok. Great. A 10 minutes grace period but why I’m still being charged for two hours if I was there for one hour and one minute

price is ok, plenty of spots available, the process is quite easy, just scan and enter license plate and payment method info and then just drive out when you are done and you will be charge for whatever time you were there for.

Expensive, but plenty of parking spaces, which is rare in Flushing NY. It appears to be a recently newly paved parking lot with new lighting and very well laid out parking spaces with clear line markings.

Machines are broken, probably to railroad you into using the website via the giant QR code they have next to the broken machine.
There is another broken machine on the other side too, in addition to a small office in the middle of the lot that is unattended.

A few people were hovering around the broken machines trying to figure out how to pay.

There is a 99 cent service few for purchasing online.

I used the web based portal, but there is also and app.

Prices are 6 bucks an hour as of this review, but gets a bit cheaper per hour as you add more hours.
I’ll attach a photo of the fees.
