I was attempting to park here on Sunday afternoon but the guy in the pic was working on the ticket dispenser.

I drove up a little close to ask him a question but he started yelling. I didn't know what he was saying so I got out of my car. Then he started yelling at the driver in front of me.

I told him,"If you're not open for business you should post it . Instead of yelling at the customers!"

So we left and parked around the corner.

BEWARE!! DO NOT parking here. I paid and entered the lot. When I tried to leave, my ticket would not work. I pressed the help button and that was the exact opposite of what I got. The person on the line (working at 1:03 pm, Saturday, February 25th), didn’t wait for me to explain what happened, she told me I didn’t pay and would have to pay to exit. I checked my bank account and I had certainly paid. When I tried to tell her this she started yelling at me ‘you have a nice day’ over and over again and hung up on me. Needless to say that wasn’t helpful. I tried to pay again by walking up to the entrance gate and nothing would work. Only way out was to have my kid lift up the gate while I drove out.

Avoid parking here at all cost, especially during an event. they have only 1 station to pay for tickets and a long line forms after event, then you'll get stuck in the lines of cars trying to get out of only 1 exit point that doesn't seem to work properly. You'll end up paying an additional $7 by the time you get to to the exit and try to scan the ticket that you already paid for. They have NO attendant to help and you'll be on your own if you get stuck, similar to many others that got stuck trying to get out and caused half+ hour long jam. I ended up paying $35 for about 3 hours parking and 1 hour trying to pay ticket and get out of parking lot, and that's supposedly the discounted rate. Park elsewhere and simply walk, you won't regret it.

The gate was having issues not reading peoples tickets. Causing a major back up,, when it was finally our turn it tried to charged us an additional $7 yet kept declining all our cards.. we pressed the call button the lady got an attitude and refused to open the gate. Eventually some random dude forced it open so people can get out. We were stuck for like 30 mins.

Fault sign and wrong pricing sign.

It said “public parking” but it’s a private parking that charges a lot more. That’s why spots are available.

It doesn’t show $13 flat rate after 6 on the sign by the entrance. It only shows $13 after 6 on Fri - Sun on the sign by the exit gate, yet still charges you $13 on other weekdays.

Dishonest business.

DO NOT PARK HERE. My credit card information was stolen from here after paying for parking here.

HOW TO PAY FOR PARKING: Before you pull your car out of the spot PLEASE PAY at the kiosk. Then when you pull up to the gate you can leave right away.

Grew up here and have always enjoyed this alley. Right in the heart of downtown with easy access to many of the different list of things to do, places to go and the greatest entertainment to involve yourself with!
