The people who own and run this ramp should be ashamed of themselves and run out of business. The handicap spaces in this ramp are both placed without care or logic- on several floors they are nowhere near the elevator and seem to be chosen at complete random- if not with malicious intent. This is made even worse by the fact that The Capitol Grille nearby uses this ramp for their valet- also owned by the lot- and almost exclusively parks these vehicles in the most accessible handicap spots- when there are HUNDREDS of empty regular spots. This is not a one off mistake- it happens every weekend consistently. It’s absolutely abhorrent behavior and they need to be held accountable. SHAME ON YOU!

Worst customer service for disabled people, We were car pooling in my sisters car, and lexio (called in from the Convention Center) gave us a real ruff time getting through, Extremely rude behavior towards all of us, cutting us off while trynna explain our situation, he told me that he was doing his job, while being completely disrespectful, would never hire someone like that at a facility that deals with people interactions. that being said, we appreciate pro Parking services (especially Betsy from North Garage who made this arrangement very easy for my siste), but this is completely uncalled for.
Not just to us, but for ALL disabled people that attend the UConn campus.

Note: This has occurred before with convention center staff.

$5 parking after 6PM is a great deal. Easy access to enter/exit, however the parking area in the north Front Street garage on the 2nd floor near the elevator (across from handicapped spots) spews a TON of water when it rains. Hopefully no one will park there or they'll get a big surprise.

This parking garage abuses handicap parking spots and the disabled community. Between the 3rd and 4th level you’ll find the majority of the handicap spots placed completely inaccessible to the elevators. It’s not uncommon for the rooftop elevator access to be completely locked. Lastly Capital Grille utilizes their valet services and they routinely occupy parking spots with complete disregard.

I work in Hartford, and when I drive in I usually park at the Front Street Garage. I've never had a problem when using the machines, but every time I have to interact with someone at LAZ parking their voice is so unpleasant. It's as if calling for help is the most inconvenient thing to them, what these people forget is that this is their JOB and they don't need to take out their personal frustrations, or boredom, on paying customers. My recent experience was with a machine being unable to read my ticket, so I called for help and she asked me to go see the cashier in the booth about six feet from me. Very kindly I asked if it's possible if the woman can come to my booth because it is very difficult to maneuver a large vehicle in their small exit area. All she did was repeat over and over that she has no way to get in contact with the person in the other booth (really?) so I got out of my car and asked the woman if she could possibly come to the booth where I am. She said she was not able to switch booths because she would have to sign out and sign back in ... Yet I had to manage my vehicle in a very tight space. It's not like there was a line of cars waiting to leave the garage, there wasn't even one. My complaint isn't because of the garage facility but because of the people that work at LAZ parking. Horrible, miserable, people.

Parking for Infinity hall in hartford. Easy on/off from I 95 and was able to park near elevator which led to music hall without going outside. Well worth $5.

It's run by Laz parking like every other garage in Hartford although the rates are slightly better for short term parking such as an hour or two. Otherwise overpriced like the rest.

Ticket taking machine rejected all of my credit cards. Persons in cars behind me were not happy.
