ACE Parking: I have a parking permit for me and all of my staff members. I have been renewing parking permits there for over a year. The last experience was pathetic. My paralegal's car was broken into. The car was on the ground floor near the attendant. The attended did not notice. There was no security. There was no call to the police. There was no care. I contacted Maria Garcia, the Fresno ACE Parking administrator. She did not know of the event and asked me to provide information to her. I received no sympathy or understanding given the situation. I think a normal human being would do that. I made my concerns clear given the lack of safety and follow up. Those concerns have not been addressed. I was later told that the security company did file a report. It wasn't until about 5 hours of emails that I was able to request that. I was also told there were no cameras by the city of Fresno in the garage. I believe under California law you are required to make the premises safe. There is constant trash on the premises. There is feces on the ground regularly. The elevators smell of urine. My personal parking pass card has not worked in a month and despite the daily requests for a remedy nothing has been addressed. I am now going to seek alternative parking. The only other parking structure run by another company is that of a vale service which is double the rate. I will gladly take whatever spots in that facility as opposed to remaining in your facility here. The lack of basic sympathy, assistance and follow up is unacceptable.

The attendant was screaming at us to park on the third floor as soon as we drove in. I don't appreciate being told where I could park if it's first come first serve. And like literally she's screaming at people scaring them and they're like what are you even saying because she doesn't speak English very well.

Very close to the court house and very affordable. Also the lady at the gate is very nice.
