Spacious, well-designed garage (offering the not-so-common self-parking and in-and-out options) in an excellent location for downtown (directly across the Hyatt Regency and Four Seasons hotels, five minutes walk from Union Square). I had an issue with my QR code for entering and exiting, and both employees who took care of the issue (night and day shifts) were very kind and eager to help 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I won't remove points for the steep costs cause that's the city reality, and prices here were actually lower than nearby garages.

Car vandalized on 3rd floor, virtually zero security, manager says he doesn’t have time to check or share camera recordings, simply it is a dangerous place; your car can get vandalized or you could get assaulted.

It’s a bit strange to review a parking garage but this was a very smooth experience. Agent there was really helpful when I had a tech issue with my QR code booking (which was reasonably priced via ParkWhiz), it was easy to get to a spot and elevator worked well and wasn’t sketchy which is more than I can say for a lot of other garages!

don’t waste ur money parking here if you are looking for a secure place to park your car, even for a few hours. our car got broken into and my brothers medication stolen during the middle of the day between noon-4pm. management showed no care and said they were not responsible, but were able to help us find our stolen bags that were left behind almost immediately, as if this was a common occurrence. even with “security” being present onsite, this parking garage has a lack of cameras, with there only being cameras near the elevators and exits and security doesn’t seem to be patrolling much as we found our car broken into first before security did (we had the car parked for less than 4 hours).

We had a really difficult time finding parking to accommodate our needs as we had a trailer. We drove around for hours until I found this place. When I talked to the security guard who was clear that they could not ensure 100% the safety of the trailer, however he said as long as it would fit in the garage we could park it there for the night. The garage was locked from midnight to 8am which helped relieve some anxiety about the situation. My vehicle and trailer were just fine for the night and the staff was friendly, honest, and accommodating. I'm so glad we found this place and would definitely use them again.

Convenient location to middle of downtown. Rates are about what you would expect for middle of downtown. This is hidden gem for parking because it always has parking spaces.
