parking was great but there was no option for less time like by the hr or at least 3 or 5 hrs, the initial time was 12 hrs minimum for $16.50. Maybe do it in 2 or 3 hr increments and adjust the lower time under 5 or 8 hrs a a slightly higher hourly rate like $2 / hr

Parking attendant was very rude and I was surprised that only a yellow vest was worn that says security and with a demeanor like that I say probably not state licensed so very well aggressive and impersonating, WOW. In addition the ghetto attitude doesn't belong in customer service roles so whoever hired this guy must be desperate. If your short handed I'll work for you with the best customer service I can not this poor no star service that made me and my family uncomfortable when visiting for potential business in the future. I will be letting the city know of how we were treated within the confines of downtown San Antonio TX beware of this parking lot.

The attendant refused to allow me to park. Said my pickup was too big. I saw plenty of spots that I'd fit no problem. Stay away if you have a half-ton pickup.
