No customer service, did not want to park here but was sent here by default. All the negative reviews are all true. Shuttle drop us up on the wrong parking lot, the hotel blames the parking, the parking blames the hotel, there is no accountability, really poor management, the worst shuttle service ever. The parking attendees have no clue what is going on. Do not park here. You've been warned l.

I’m giving them a 1 star simply because they don’t have a reliable shuttle service. The shuttle runs between the hours of 7am-10pm, on the hour. It’s just not convenient as other garages with a hotel attached. Hyatt has a shuttle which runs the same time but they will check your name in their system to make sure you have a reservation before sending a shuttle out. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Don’t park here! My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place when we visited the U.S. Open tennis tournament in Sept 2023. We used LAZ to valet park our compact SUV. During our visit, we did not use our car at all. But as soon as we got home, we noticed there was a dent on the roof of the car. We later found out that at least two other reviewers on this forum also had their car roof damaged. In our case, the repair cost over $2,000. Our experience was also very similar to one of the two other reviewers. When the attendant brought our car back, he parked it close to the exit gate instead of somewhere near the elevator lobby. I found that very strange because the garage was very empty and there was no reason to park the car so far away from us. But the other reviewer pointed out that when the car was parked behind the exit gate, you would be pressured to leave if another car came behind you. This company has no desire to do better. The staff just doesn’t care. Protect your car and don’t park here. Next time when we visit, we’ll find a nearby garage and self park.

Do not park here! Laz parking at the Hyatt Place hotel in flushing caused damage to my car and their insurance company was quick to deny claim. No investigation was done and they refuse to take responsibility. The shark fin antenna on my SUV was crushed and the top of my vehicle was dented. There is also a review from another customer with the same exact antenna damage 2 years ago! You have no choice but to valet your car. They bring your car and park right at the exit gate so if other customers pull up behind you you are forced to hurry and leave, so as to not keep other people waiting. The attendant who broke the fin must have heard and felt something but of course he/she will NOT admit this. I am disgusted that blatant damage could be done without any recourse! If I could give negative stars I would!

What a dreadful experience.

Firstly. Booked online! As per the address on the spot.

Entered. Could not get out!
No phone connected to the help buttons.

Called number from my prereserved email.
They directed to a number. Which was not answered!
Called again. Given another number!

Went to the information desk upstairs. (He was polite!
The only one who was and he's not associated with the parking)
Suggested to go to level 3 and find the valet

Found him. He kept trying to tell me what to do next time.
By this time its been an hour and I wasn't spending more money to get out!

Was advised by this man we came through the wrong entrance! This is the entrance on the google maps!

He then made our exit ticket linked!

Apparently they are 2 different garages. But if so different. Then how come he was able to link it so easily!

This whole system is a joke! All set up to make people pay even more!

It wouldn't happen in Australia!

Stay Away !!
Pay the few extra dollars and go to a normal place with good customer service

Waiting time for this shuttle is extremely long, and then they charge you a fee for arriving later then the reservation time for pickup

Currently waiting 2 hours for a shuttle bus from LGA that they are so rude to provide. Called them about the eta for the shuttle and they were rude and claimed to only have one shuttle that runs ever 2 HOURS. Do not go here for parking even with the low prices. They don’t deserve any service for this type of customer service. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE

Genuinely the most traumatizing experience in my life. As if my day wasn't long enough already being at Governor's Ball, I had to deal with this joke of a parking garage. At 10:30 at night when I already have a long way home, I go to get my car and the guy tells me "Car here but no key" and walks away. I had to call 911 in order to sort out this situation and the police found my key. The workers were so nonchalant about the whole situation and were very rude to me. DO NOT EVER COME HERE!
