Pros: Nice to have them open 24/7. Not too far from CBX. I was charged $12/day, which seems to be the most affordable parking option in the area. This could have been luck, but the shuttle experience was good. They didn't take long getting me there/picking me up. Once I arrived, I was taken to CBX immediately. When I returned, I was picked up within 7 minutes of arriving. My car wasn't missing anything when I picked it up. Drop off service was easy. You simply pull up to an empty spot, drop off your keys with somebody at the desk, and you're on your way.

Cons: it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the CBX entrance. If you are traveling at night, the shuttle stop is not well-lit at all. When you arrive back to the parking lot, you have to wait for them to move cars around in order to get yours. Although I was picked up quickly, I waited for 20-30 minutes to get my car, even though I provided them with an accurate return date/time. Don't expect a 5-star customer service experience.

Overall, you get what you pay for. It's a solid service, all things considered.

You get what you pay for. The “shuttle” is not a van, but a regular mini van that fits 5 + luggage. You most likely will not fit if you’re not the first few in line. It takes the driver 45 mins to 1 hour for a round trip.
Driver’s attitude was terrible.

Was told I was going to be picked up where I was dropped off. That was not true. Was dropped off at the street light. Was picked up by the warehouse entrance. This caused me to miss the “shuttle’s” first arrivals. There is a big miscommunication between the office and the driver.

I didn’t have any problems of all. I left my car at this place. They have a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up close from the CBX entrance. (You need to walk 1 block 1/2). Price is better than the airport parking spot. Service was great. Thanks Fernando and Eliseo. They were clear with the instructions. Les recomiendo, el parqueo es económico y seguro. Tienes que dejar las llaves de tu carro y te llevan en un bus cerca del CBX.

Despite the attractive price, the overall experience was filled with challenges. Upon arrival, we faced a 30-minute check-in delay due to the person in charge struggling to open the office door, nearly causing us to miss our flight. Moreover, the location requires a 10-15 minute drive to CBX, and upon arrival, there’s an additional 10-15 minute walk to CBX from the drop-off and pickup area. To exacerbate matters, the return trip was marred by a rude shuttle driver, further diminishing the overall experience. The inconvenience outweighs the cost savings; I would not consider returning.

Despite the enticing affordability, our overall encounter fell short. Upon arrival, the individual in charge struggled with opening the office door, resulting in a 30-minute delay during check-in, putting our flight at risk. Adding to the inconvenience, the location demands a 15-20 minute drive to CBX, and upon arrival, an additional 10-15 minute walk to CBX from the drop-off and pickup area. The return journey was further tarnished by a rude and condescending shuttle driver, substantially detracting from the entire experience. The drawbacks overshadow the savings. I would never use their services again.

My car was safe for the 2 weeks it was there. I ended up leaving my bag there on christmas eve and drove back to AZ and they offered to mail it to me. Highly recommend this place, very trustworthy staff!

I found this place on yelp and was unsure about it. Wow. This plac was amazing! Their rates, for cars are great! They told me I would pay between 8.00 to 10.00 max. They have a shuttle to take you to the CBX crossing OR the otay cross walking. They give you all the info you need to cross and pricing about taxis! My husband had lost his phone in the shuttle and it was returned! I can't say good enough things about this place! I highly recommend this place!

Not far from the crossing to the TJ airport, they have a driver that takes customers to the CBX crossing and back it just takes a few minutes. Plan ahead to wait.
