Reserved a space in advance, but there is no system in place to guarantee your space when you get there! I got lucky, one space left. Useless reservation system.

It has been a long time since I went Down Town. "Im getting old" 35 lol. I parked here to go to the World Of Beer with some friends which is located at the east side of lake eola. I found this garage to be incredibly easy to use and the online program to pay was super easy as well and cheap! It was less then 4 dollars for 3 hours, you cant beat it. Its about a 10 minute walk to orange ave bars but for the cheap price and easy exit when you leave it just cannot be beat. I will be back! Also everyone is mentioning ticket kiosks but there was not one as of this writing. Just signs to pay online much better then the 20 dollar garages for sure.

Kiosk to pay was broken. There were signs to pay via their website... in a parking garage... where there is not internet signal ?

Also, no signs indicating the prices for parking. $12 an hour-- ridiculously expensive pricing! Definitely don't recommend parking here. There's a few other parking garages nearby that are way better and cheaper, go to those.

My car got illegally towed from this garage, TWICE!! Their kiosk is always problematic. I paid for 2-night parking and the machine didn’t print the ticket. I left a note on my dash explaining the situation but my car was gone within 5 hours. Lanier parking is a fraud and they don’t even return my calls! I’m filing a claim

Worked well for me. Placed reservation online on a third party site. Good price. Was able to attend the corporate 5k the other week.

one kiosk to get a ticket that you must walk back and put on your dash...the line is literally 25 people deep. if you plan on attending an event or dinner reservation on time...account for this extensive amount of extra time...

The ticket machine took my money without giving a ticket, so I had to use text2pay and pay an extra $1.50 for the "convenience". We will see if we can get a refund for the extra payment
