About 5 months ago we had an issue here. Well after paying parking for 2 vehicles, my partner and I were doing a normal photoshoot (she's a model/photographer/stylist). 2 malicious overweight older women walked up there and then walked back down. They called the police without letting us know. They sent 5 cop cars to stop us right as I was happening to be leaving. I had a very patient and respectful conversation with the police on my behalf, but the officers that were sent were very weird and skeptical of taking my logical reasoning and obvious lack of guilt but they had nothing to argue. They still wanted to search my car and rather than giving them pushback I let them waste their time doing so. The older overweight police officer looked at my muay thai sparring gear and asked me what the leg pads were for as if they were to be used in a crime... Very weird. They told us we couldn't come back despite paying parking and having done nothing wrong or disrespectful which is illegal for them to have done! Quality police officers.

Scanners for entry nonfunctional on a weekday morning, huge lines. This happens all the time and is just ridiculous. I have had a pass here for years and the facility just gets worse and worse

If I could give stars only on the experience of dealing with entry and exiting due to the Laz Parking I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!! ONLY REASON there is a positive two star is for the location of the deck. DON'T USE THE PREPAY PARKING LINK WITH LAZ PARKING!
We went to the Strand Theater and I purchased in advance through the link 3 parking tickets for each car that would need entry to the deck. The online link sent to me qr codes. At the entry kiosk the scanner would not scan my cell qr. The kiosk has an other options button. I pressed it and it asked for my cell number. We did this for each car assuming when we exited maybe that is when the scanner would work. EXITING the deck was a fiasco! My nephew who is more tech savvy than me, pressed the help button and an attendant came on. The lady was so rude and condescending. She kept belittling us for not calling when we had entry problems and kept asking us why we entered our phone numbers. She didn't care we were waiting to exit and cars were behind us. After a series of going in circles the lady hung up on us and the gate arm then opened. I WILL NEVER USE LAZ PARLING FOR ANY DECK EVER AGAIN THIS WAS An absolute circus. The rudeness of the attendant put such a damper on our family outing.

Easy access. Leaving out my ticket wouldn't scan. So I paid on my phone and the machine told me my phone number isn't my phone number. I had to push the help button for someone to let me out the garage after sitting there tooooooo long.

Zero stars. Cannot exit the parking deck due to some kind of malfunction with the arm!!! It's Saturday and no one is responding when I push the help button!!! I've already paid but the arm will not raise - it is somehow jammed. Why have a help button if no one is going to answer

We paid $10 to park for the Friday night concert to a LAS parking attendant. We received a receipt
but not a parking ticket. Afterwards we went to a local business for a drink. When we returned around midnight to our cars to leave, we could not get out of the parking deck because we did have a ticket and the arm was down. There were numerous cars in the same situation. Beware!
