If I could give this zero stars, I would. The card readers weren’t working so we were LITERALLY trapped in the garage. The parking attendant was no where to be found, but iParkit isn’t associated with anyone at the garage so they wouldn’t have been able to help anyway. A nightmare. Do NOT use this if you go to the garage. Just do the garage ticket parking and avoid this company at all costs.

Went to San Antonio and stayed in a hotel around the corner. Purchased a parking pass on line and printed it out and used it for entry and exit and it worked so nicely. Paid much less than hotel overnight parking and had come and go privilege. I will use this garage every time I go to San Antonio.

Do not park here. We reserved parking online for an event and paid in full prior to showing up. We arrived at our specified time to a full garage with the employees, telling us the equivalent of "oh well sucks to be you." What's the point of reserving parking if they just fill it!? Scammy and rude.

Worse parking! Not due to the location due to the simple fact your told they have security an security footage but when your tail lights get stolen off your 2022 f150 they can’t assist you at all an in order to get a theft report threw them they first require you to pay first an couldn’t pull up any videos of the night before cause they were busy. An security was no where to be found. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

HODEL the security guy was on a power trip for no reason he was extremely rude to us for no reason. Whether it’s a bad night for him or not he chose this job and his attitude was uncalled for. We paid for parking and all we wanted to do was take pictures and he was already getting mad at us for doing that. Then when we were leaving he was screaming at us for no reason to move to another lane because the car in front of us was having problems. We were waiting patiently didn’t give him issues and I guess because he has a taser he feels the need to be on a power trip. This was my first time going to this parking garage and I’m not going again since yall hired an extremely rude security guy who is a grown man and can’t control his feelings or attitude. If anyone has contact to a supervisor that would be helpful because this behavior is not acceptable and makes the company look EXTREMELY bad and unprofessional.

Paid $23 for 50 minutes!!! What a ripoff. Website says $6. Creepy people hanging around the place too. I almost got rapped twice in one evening.

No visible price posted upon entry, parked here for an early dinner celebration and shocked to see I was charged $32 for four hours on a saturday afternoon. There were no signs that said Card only but when I arrived at the exit gate there was no where to enter cash, no attendant in sight and when the help button was pushed the person on the other end said “you can pay in cash at the elevator “ ..there is an elevator on every level with no clear signs of which one has this cash payment kiosk..I never found it and would not park here again unless the online reservation was an option and the price was less steep
