I wish there was a way to give zero Stars. I have used this parking garage many times in recent past. No issues - if you don't have to deal with the attendant / manager.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional if at all you need to talk with him. I used spot hero a couple of times and both the times, I had issues while exiting the garage. The system asked me to pay more money because I had apparently entered the garage a couple of minutes earlier than my booking window. When I booked the spot, I was good 1 hour away from entering so I could only use my best guess for my starting time. It would not have costed me a penny more, if I had booked it for a longer time period anyway.

At first instance, when I called for help from the exit - the manager shouted at me that I entered the garage "2 minutes" early. Although it was true, my reservation was valid for good 3 more hours and I was leaving early.

On second instance, when I called for help from the exit, they held me at the exit for 5-10 minutes and later the manager came and shouted at me "This time I am letting you go but next time I will charge you double! Get the f*** out of here ..." for no fault of mine.

The attendant was abusive just for no clear instructions on where to park and with payment. No basic etiquettes. Have seen other people having similar reviews but amazed that management takes no action against them. There are plenty of other parking places in surrounding which have far better customer service which can be used instead of giving business to this place.

Absolutely NO go. Rob me $46 dollars for 2 hours parking. Their early bird rate is a joke. Do NOT go!!!!

Lot is good, just make sure you have your ticket or QR code on hand to enter and EXIT. Otherwise you could be stuck and have assistance get you out.

I wish they would clean the staircase. It hasn't been cleaned for months. And now the only way you can get to your car is by walking down the exit that cars use to leave. The attendants are pretty rude too. Just a trifecta of terribleness.

I like this parking lot. First of all, it's cheaper than other parkings around. Also, I had never had any troubles with managers, they are always nice and helpful.

Dishonest rates. Has early bird special until 10am.... except when they randomly decide to end it early. Today they ended it at 8:36am and then charged me 45 dollars for the day.
