I’ll keep this short and sweet! Moved here from out of state (sight unseen) and was nervous about what I would arrive to. I love my apartment, it’s in the city and close to everything without feeling like you are in the city. Condo charm… with a suburban feel for sure!

I’m impressed by the management team. Sandra and Nick go above an beyond to ensure there is a sense of community and residents feel safe. Always professional, quick to respond and truly care about the community as if they live here themselves. They take pride in their job and clearly love what they do. I actually look forward to running down to grab a package, enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with the group.

I can’t wait for some events to get to know the neighbors and to further build a sense of community. I hear this is in the works!!

Overall happy I chose to call this place home, as my first home in California.

We moved out in August and have yet to receive our security deposit back.

They've gone through 3 different leasing managers in the year that we've been there. I've tried calling, emailing, and even showing up in person to try and talk to someone. They don't pick up the phone, email back, and their sign always says "will return at..."

Edit: It's been 3 weeks since leaving this review. I have sent an email as instructed and yet no one has reached out.

Please be warned future residence!

I lived here over a summer for an internship and enjoyed the stay. The apartments are good but the maintenance team is great, particularly Jorge. I had some plumbing issues and he was extremely helpful and prompt in fixing them.

I’ve been here for sometime and this place has gone down so bad. If I could give it zero star I would. There’s multiple car break in constantly. There’s many homeless people that wonder around and harass residents. Kids are running around with no parental on site. It is dog friendly but place is filthy and dog poop everywhere. To top it off there’s always break-in, multiple raid has happened due in underground gambling and prostitution within the last year, (you could check out the new, it was on in July) and the manager I think her name is Tasha will not do anything around it! Many resident here including myself has complaint about safety concern and nothing have been done. The place is way too expensive to be having such a distasteful environment and safety issue.

I’ve been living at Museum Park for over a year now, and I’m really impressed with the maintenance team. They’re always quick to respond to any issues I have, and they’re very friendly and professional. I’ve had a few minor issues with my apartment since moving in, but the maintenance team has always been able to fix them right away. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to keeping the complex in great shape. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major freeways. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I love these apartments, the the maintenance guy is so helpful. And the manager is really helpful to I've lived in three different apartments and so far this is the best place I've lived and it has to do with the manager and the maintenance guy.

I must say.. There is not enough stars to rate appropriately the Management Team at Museum Park Apartments. I have bounced around from complex to complex and never have I been greeted with such world class service and hospitality, as I was welcomed with, from the Property Manager, Sandra and the Head of Maintenance, Nick. Professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring… are just a few adjectives I’d use to describe this amazing duo.

Sandra is always pleasant, friendly, prompt with her responses and behaves with high standards of professionalism and diligence. Honestly, having such a great property manager makes all the difference. I can’t express how grateful and appreciative I am for Sandra being there every time I needed something actioned, for all of her useful recommendations & suggestions and more than anything, how she’s been able to master being compassionate, understanding and caring, while adding some humanity to a job that she does so well.

Any time an issue would come up in regards to maintenance needing to be done on/in my unit, Nick’s response time to solving my problem was impeccable. What stuck out to me the most, was Nick’s follow up if he so happened to see me out walking my dog within the complex and would make a point to check in with me. It provides reassurance when your maintenance man takes time to inquire whether things are still running smoothly, making sure whatever issue I had prior, has been completely resolved. It is such a nice change to actually see the work you report be addressed.

Professionals like them, is what makes living in apartments like these, so nice. I couldn’t recommend Museum Park Apartments enough!! It has been an absolute pleasure living there!

I have been a very happy resident of Museum Park for almost 2 years. I am very grateful for Sandra A. As she is an amazing property manager. Any concerns I have brought to her attention have been resolved promptly. Everytime I have needed maintenance Nick always responds quickly and gets things done right the first time,. The property is always impeccable thanks to Marcy. She is out there every morning making sure everything is clean. Thank you to The Museum Park Team, you guys are the best !
