If I could I would leave ZERO I would. They charged me $66 when parking ACROSS THE STEET from Barclays only charges $20. They took 45 minutes to bring out cars and left one in the MIDDLE of the street. People began getting their own cars because the keys were just left out unsecured. Down in the parking area the attendants were driving reckless and bumping the cars.

Went to the Barclay's Center last night to watch Kevin Hart and Chris Rock and the parking experience at NYC Arena Parking was horrible. Worse experience ever! Price gouging at its finest. Paid $77, way out of the norm, just because they knew their was a popular event at the Barclay Center. Wait time to pick up car was an hour. I understand it was a busy night, but when you return my car busted up with carved out scratches and cracks... that's not right. The attendant driving my car knows they messed up, but doesn't even have the courtesy or decency to say anything. Stay away from this parking garage people. They don't care about service or their customers.

Saw the nets play today. The African lady told me that the parking lot was too full to take my vehicle and the online way I can park is if I was to pay $100. The parking fee originally was $66. Smh workers like her boil my blood.

3 months later and still no email from this place. I am going back to make sure these workers names are given to me as I take this matter in my own hands.

Absolutely a scam don’t make a reservation and PAY FOR IT because if you show up they’ll just turn you away. They’ll lie to you and tell you can get a refund for a spot that YOU WERE GUARANTEED AND PAID FOR DAYS AGO (with full detail of the size of the vehicle and what kind of vehicle it is), when you can’t. The lot attendant instructed to pull to the next lot knowing it was full already. Made my father miss half of my graduation. This place is a disgrace, I wish I could give zero stars.

I got there and had to wait 45 minutes and had to go down and get my car MYSELF after people who came after me went down and got their cars before me. When I got down they were driving reckless skrt skrting around

we pulled trying to go the the NCAA tournament. the lady asked if we were there for 2 games or 1. She said 77 dollars per game. i asked her if it was per session ( 1 session equals 2 games). She was rude and said no. I paid 154.00 (almost the cost of the ticket to the games. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. i also tried to call nothing.

The attendant scratched my bumper and has been avoiding me since January 1, 2024. The incident report is also attached. Jose Liz refuses to pay for the damages that his parking attendant caused. I still have not heard from him. DO NOT PARK THERE.

Parking garage caused a major traffic backup in the street. When we finally got to the front of the garage they would not honor my parking reservation because they were "full". My reservation was made 5 days in advance. They didn't care at all. I'd give them 0 stars if it were possible.
