I’ve been coming here for five years, begrudgingly, because it’s so close by. I put up with it even though the coin machine is usually broken and the place is not particularly clean. But tonight was the last straw, I came 90 minutes before they closed and the manager refused to let me start a 45 minute load because it was “too late” That’s it, I’m switching and I’ll walk a few extra blocks.

If I could give 0 I would…
We dropped off our laundry in a distinctive yellow bag with bees on it and yet they still managed to mix our stuff with someone else’s and we had to dig though a strangers items to find ours. No real apology, some of our items missing and still charged us full price…

I use this laundromat on a weekly basis and have never been disappointed. I both do my own laundry there and have them do it. Either way the experience is good. The washers are clean and the employees are very lovely. Wash and fold is the most affordable in the neighborhood and has a fast turnaround! Not glamorous, but always gets the job done.

It's a good laundromat with sensibly priced and well-working machines.
The only issues are that the bathroom (thank you for providing) never has toilet paper nor soap, and the floors have been unclean, making it uncomfortable to accidentally drop laundry or set things down. Also, there are never enough folding tables, and the rolling carts are not in the best condition for rolling.
