Ok I called in ride today but yesterday lady pick up the phone I said I wanted to go same place like yesterday I didn't go I was sick I didn't say enanmce park I said 40 news the lady was kinda rude like that act they don't like this job they dropped me wrong address I try to talk buss driver he was ok for moments I got little upset he was listening music 🎵 on his ear I keep telling him this isn't my stop 🛑 he ignore me two times he makes me call the office in I called the office been rude as hell screaming yelling the buss driver treat me like 5 year old baby I was upset the way they keep yelling me screaming at me I got upset buss driver said I don't wanna listen to u no more treat me like 5 year that's it I gonna take u home in ingore me all ride I have huge appointments at the news I was keep calling headquarters fire complet about they keep hanging up in pushing bottom I want to get a huge apologize or I gonna explain everything ok news they want me force to confirm it's my fault I said I don't want to do I could get troubled

Always kind & patient drivers. These folks operate the lift with care & offer assistance with seating when needed.

The app can sometimes be frustrating. If you can't book your desired route at your desired time, a quick call to customer service usually resolves any issues.

My experience has been overall very good for accuracy of outbound pickup times & nearly as good for return times. Get the app to track your ride, it's great for constantly updated arrival times.

The vans are always clean and I've never had an issue with plenty of open seating.

Unfortunately, I've had to take a star off for comfort. While the seats are fine, these vehicles are designed to haul a heavy load and you can definitely feel the potholes & bumps. For what it's worth, if you're lucky enough to get one of the newer, smaller (electric?) vans, the interior is much more inviting and the suspension is far more forgiving on uncomfortable roads.

I'm grateful for the service. You folks get me where I need to go at a reasonable price with excellent staff both at the vehicle and over the phone.

Constantly late. Never on time. Drivers are not securing passengers correctly. Supervisors deny any wrong doing about safety.

I hate that Para transit has a 30 minute window because they are always making late To my scheduled doctor's appointment or I don't even make it to my doctor's appointment because of that 30 minute window. I wish they didn't have that 30 minute window because I'm tired of getting to my doctor appointments late and I'm tired of not being able to make my appointment because of that 30 minute window.

Absolutely awful! My mother is 87 years old and had to wait several hours today for a pickup. Last week they completely lost her appointment. Ever since they starting announcing their merger, they have become more inconsistent an unreliable in appointments. There are few options for senior citizens who do not drive and this is one less that can be relied upon.
