Perfect place to park in order to walk to all the JFK sites. 20 mins walk maximum. 15 bucks for 12 hours. Do it.

Convenient clean parking facility. Arrive early to pay beforehand, and take a photo of your license plate if you're like me and don't have it memorized to input into the self-help kiosk so you don't have to return to your vehicle. Only dig here is the machine does not give change and although my selected charges were $12 for 4 hours, probably parked for 2, I didn't have exact change in cash so I actually paid 25% more. I could've just parked across the street from the symphony. It gave a refund ticket but there was no one there to give change and it wouldn't make sense to drive back to the garage.

I was running a touch late to an event and didn’t realize payment was needed in advance. Of the approximately 10 signs visible from my truck and I examined each one, only *one* of them had the words “in advance”. The font was small and in the same color scheme as everything else, make it virtually invisible.

Thankfully, submitting a dispute was relatively easy as was making the appropriate payment, but they only allowed a 100-word explanation, which I find insufficient, so here is my full response:

ParkFast staff, thank you “in advance” for your attendance to this matter.

“Of the approximately 10 signs readily visible from where I parked my truck only *1* of them said pay “in advance”. The font is small. It is not easily visible. It was not between me and the elevator which I took up to the ground floor. It was in the same color as the rest of the letters in the garage, therefore not standing out in any recognizable way. On this basis I call into question the legitimacy of the demand for advance payment.

I planned on (and did) come back and pay afterwards as is the custom in most parking lots. On reviewing your receipts you’ll find that I already paid the appropriate amount for 12 hours even though I only parked for maybe 4. You’ll find the receipt for my payment under my license plate.

Since signage is inadequate by any standard and a generous payment has already been rendered, I reject your assertion of a fee and declare any further charges to be grossly unjust.

Please update your signage and do not impose yourselves on uninformed customers of your parking garage.”

Great proximity to Klyde Warren Park. Open 24 hours. Pay when you park via QR code link. Have to "guesstimate" how long you plan to park and pay accordingly. Can opt for expiration alerts and extend your parking time, if needed.

Paid $12.xx for 4 hours on a weekend. Not too bad considering it's in walking distance for many attractions. Easy to use payment system too.

Clean and well lit garage parking. You use a QR code to pay. I am not sure how secure it is as I didn't see any employees. It was a better price than parking across the street at the symphony. It was not as crowded making for an easy exit. I will definitely use this parking garage again.

Great place to park. I wish they had more time slot options, like 5 or 6 hours. It goes from 4 to 12. But otherwise is all good.
