!!!!!!!NO LO RECOMIENDO¡¡¡¡
El personal que labora es demasiado irresponsable desde que uno llega no tiene atención al cliente te hacen llenar ati el formulario Los PRECIOS que te da la aplicasion ya tienen las taxes incluidos pero por ser un truck cabina y media resulta que tenía que pagar extra y se podía entender pero aún pagando eso me volvieron a cobrar taxes otra vez lo que el principio era 88 se fue a 138 su trasporte se tardo más de 20 minutos lo cual pague un Uber al regresar mi vuelo se retrasó 2 horas. Lo cual ya tenía un exceso de 30 dólares éramos 5 personas me hicieron pagar un extra de 5 pesos Lo cual al final del día me salió una cuenta de 180 pesos algo súper exagerado para un fin de semana y si a eso le sumo los 20 pesos del Uber que tome por qué no tenían listo el trasporte pues todo en 200 dólares
DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE OR IT WILL GET DAMAGED WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL. I WISH I ACTUALLY KNEW THE NAME OF THIS PARKING LOT WHEN BOOKING THROUGH THE WAY APP BUT THE BUSINESS NAME WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS PARK N DEPART. I PARKED MY VEHICLE HERE FOR THREE NIGHTS TO THEN COME BACK TO MY VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED IN THE BACK. I was advised to contact manager Andy who told me that they will fix my car at an auto repair shop 4 minutes from their location, but that i would have to drive and leave my car at the lot for them to take to shop to get fix.Why would i leave my car at the lot that is responsible for the damages to my vehicle. I called the auto repair shop they claim they spoke to about my car and they told me no Andy contacted them about my car. LIARS. Poor business practices and I am reporting them. This place should not be in operation. Because of this, i do not trust ever leaving my car at a parking lot.

One star is being generous. Be careful of the fine print when booking this ripoff parking site. Read everything very carefully before payment. Upon arrival at the location I was informed that my small Fiat 500 was considered an SUV and $5 extra per day was added to my bill. A late checkout charge was added and I was told it would be refunded if I "was not" late. I paid by credit card and 4% was added, no warning given, I also had to allow a photo be taken of my license. Pickup at the terminal took 40 minutes after my first call. The only bright spot was the very courteous and helpful driver. Stay away from this parking service, it's not worth the aggravation.

Horrible place please don’t park here.
I did a reservation online was told to pay a certain remaining amount at the lot. When I get there they made me pay way more and said my car was considered over sized.. which it wasn’t.

Then after all of that- they tell me the shuttle isn’t working and you have to figure out how to get to the airport.
What a scam!!!!

Deceitful, Unreliable, and Not Worth the Hassle DO NOT PARK HERE.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this parking company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are deceitful, dismissive, and have terrible communication regarding their policies and fees. What seemed like a good deal upfront turned out to be a disaster, as they hit us with unexpected fees and charges at the end.

Upon arriving at the parking lot, we were told it would only be 10 minutes before we could leave for the airport, but we ended up waiting 40 minutes. Several other couples were also delayed, and shared that they were frustrated about being overcharged as well. We drive a smaller car, but they charged us more than expected “SUV fee”, as well as adding extra parking fees that were never mentioned.

The return trip was even worse. We called the company when we landed, and although they claimed the park-and-ride was only 7 minutes away. They didn’t come for AN HOUR so we had to take a taxi.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and surprise fees. It’s absolutely not worth it. Choose a different parking service and spare yourself the headache.

We parked my Volvo truck there last week. We have been calling every day to speak to a manager. They damaged my front end of my suv. They never notified us of the damage that occurred. We have been trying to reach them since we picked up, the truck this is very upsetting. We were directed to their website by one of the workers to file a email or complaint and unfortunately nothings on the website that we could find. Zero Help!!! I hope that they read my review and contact us.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from a parking service. The staff were incredibly rude from the moment we arrived. They promised us we’d be on the shuttle to the airport within 5 minutes, but we were left waiting for over 30 minutes, making us late for our flight. When we asked about the delay, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, the company is deceptive with their fees. We were hit with hidden charges that weren’t disclosed when we booked. And the final straw? When we returned from our trip, they lied and said they were at the airport to pick us up when they were nowhere to be found. We ended up waiting an HOUR after calling to be picked up from the airport by the shuttle, and their lack of communication was beyond frustrating.

This service is unreliable, dishonest, and will likely cost you more than you bargained for – not to mention the stress of potentially missing your flight. Stay away!
