The parking location and shuttle service were excellent, with friendly and efficient drivers. However, the gate system consistently presented challenges. We reserved uncovered parking, but despite driving around and around, we couldn't find any empty spaces.
Fortunately, I remembered reading in other reviews that it's possible to park in the covered lot if this happens. Unfortunately, there were no instructions provided, and our ticket wouldn't work at the gate. We ended up having to press the help button, and they let us in with no questions asked. This suggests they're aware of the issue, but clear guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Similarly, upon exiting, the barcode reader failed to recognize our ticket, and we had to rely on the help button again for manual verification.
While we appreciated the staff's assistance, the gate system definitely needs improvement to ensure a smoother and less stressful parking experience.

I had reserved prepaid uncovered parking. When I arrived there were no spots. A shuttle driver radioed over to other folks and they directed me to the covered parking.

The shuttle drivers were extremely nice and friendly. The price was great and the service is speedy.

The pickup at the South Terminal was a little bit confusing, I can agree. There are three shuttle buses with queue lines for zone 1, 2, or 3. Keep your slip the driver gives you at the time of pickup, this is what indicates your zone. An attendant asked to see mine and he directed me to the correct shuttle.

Left airport at 11:30 PM. Shuttle was fine. However the system was down when we tried to leave. The staff did their best but needed to manually clear each car. It took almost 30 minutes to get maybe 18 cars through all 3 gates. I see that this has been an ongoing problem.

I've used ParkATL Select for the past several months for business travel. Overall I don't have any complaints. I've always been able to park here except for once they had the lot closed for some reason. The only thing I think would make the experience better is the ticket experience at the airport pickup. You get a white ticket or blue ticket depending on which lot you parked at and most of the time you have to wait for the driver to show up to find out he is only dropping off at the other lot, not the one you parked in.

This was my family's first time using ATL Select. Overall it was a great experience! The customer service was top notch. The drivers and staff provided the highest quality of service. The only reason I gave it a four star is because of the ticketing system. When coming in and out, the technology wasn't working. The staff made up for the fault though.

0/5 stars . The customer service is DISGUSTING. Every time I park here they are SO rude and disrespectful. Parked for 7 days, when arrived the uncovered parking was full and was told to park in the covered lot and that they would only charge us $10 (uncovered parking price). When I got to the window and told them this (politely) they were yelling NO at me and telling me that it didn’t happen, and charged me for covered parking. I wouldn’t have parked here if this was going to happen. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the workers here, and their management needs to fire everyone working at the toll window until these grown adults learn how to speak to people. I thankfully filmed this interaction because of my experience last time and will be posting it online.

Start was a breeze if you reserve ahead of time. Sign said uncovered was full, but that is meant for people who didn't reserve. I found parking right away, and before I even got my suitcase out of the trunk, the shuttle picked me up at my car.
Upon return, lines to wait for shuttles were long and confusing, but if you ask the guy working there, he tells you what line to get in. Shuttle drops everyone off at their car, so it takes a bit, but since it was late at night and I was alone, I'm glad they did this. Machine to exit wasn't working properly, but after pressing the assistance button, I was able to get out with no problem.
Both shuttle drivers i dealt with were very friendly and professional.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. The driver was friendly but completely inept, as well as the management. The pick up shuttle line for other ATL parking lots were way too long. Thank goodness we parked in Select but they did not have nearly enough shuttles!
Parking Spot 2 may be a little further away but much more organized.
