Ridiculous. I read that the person in the last review had the same experience as I had. The owner answered that the staff does not speak English but is willing to help. This is totally wrong: because in my case I spoke to them in Spanish. And when I told them the machine was out of service, they told me there are other machines to pay. When I asked them where, they just did not answer and hung up the phone. I tried my best to find them and called several times for help and they always hung up the phone each time they recognized my voice: is this what the owner call ; "doing its best to help ?" We also started to get really worried after some time and were about to call the police when eventually we tried one last time to call and this time the agent listened and eventually opened the door. Never witnessed such a behavior in an parking. Since I live in Spain I have never had such an issue and staff in parking are usually very helpful and willing to help.

Passing through Salou, I had the idea of me Parker in this parking lot but the bad surprises happened when I wanted to look for it the machine to pay was well out of service and unfortunately I do not speak Spanish but that English after more than 10 attempts the guy did everything to understand nothing.
So in the end and I had no choice but to dial 911 to send the police on the spot. I sincerely hope that he will have a fine or a call to order by them because I am staying 1 hour in this parking lot

El precio para día completo es bastante caro casi 28 euros. No hay bonos por días como en otros parkings que salga un poco más económico. Lo peor sin duda es que hay gatos en el parking, contamos dos y te los encuentras subidos a los coches. Cuanto menos es poco profesional, poco cuidado por los coches de los clientes.

Al llegar ponía completo. Le pregunto a la trabajadora por los cargadores ya que necesito cargar mi coche 100% eléctrico y en la aplicación me aparen cargadores allí. Me manda a mirar, veo que hay una plaza libre se lo digo y le pregunto si me abre para poder entrar. Sorpresa ,me dice que no, hasta que salgan 3 coches. No lo entiendo solo pretendía usar una plaza libre
