Get ready to wait 30 minutes for your shuttle. Doesn't matter if it's 8:30 on a work day, shuttles should be moving and have multiple shuttles, seems they only have 1. Drivers are pleasant. Likely will not book here again and will book other service in future, like park-2-fly right next door and have used them many times, always quick and on time.

Horrible experience! Hotel not visible. Very difficult to get to and ad is misleading. It says 24 hour service but didn’t say that shuttle stops at 10 pm. Awful do not recommend

An absolute embarrassment. For starters the lady at the front desk doesn't understand their own system. But the worst is the shuttle, this hotel is a 10 minute walk and a whopping 2 minute drive from terminal C; why in the living hell did it take 30 plus minutes to get us at terminal C? We called & then called again 20 minutes later and were told the driver had left and was almost there and still waited 10 plus minutes more. I'd rather park in the street and walk

On Sunday night, arriving with 2 toddlers, the shuttle service phone number was disconnected. Spent an hour looking for alternative numbers all of which were disconnected or the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. They knew when we were landing but no one thought to call us. Was a truly harrowing experience. Be concerned for this business if they can't pay their phone bills. Even called their broker who couldn't either offer an alternative number that worked nor guarantee a refund for any taxis if would need to pick up my car. Have yet to hear from them 2 days later with any apologies or explanations. Mistakes happen in business, but this service has people more hampered than us who are dependent on them and they are not set up to show any duty of care

Didn't have a reservation but they took our car for the week. Got into LaGuardia at 9PM. Called them and they were there promptly. The car was in good shape. Nice people with a sense of humor and good service.

Great experience for me. Wait for the shuttle is in a climate controlled hotel lobby. Shuttle to LGA and back was very quick (considering all the construction going on). About a 5 min drive to the American Airlines gate. Shuttle vans are clean. Will definitely use again.

Parking Systems LGA - Uncovered Valet - When we got there we were concerned there were no parking spaces.Thankfully when we did a second round someone was leaving so we were able to leave it right by the entrance which was great. Communication was very easy from the drop off to pick up. Also, the free shuttle is so convenient both to be taken to the airport and back. Everything was so smooth and quick. It seems there is more parking in the evening rather than during the afternoon around 4 ish when we first got there. If you’re in a rush that might be an issue. Otherwise make sure you get there with sufficient time.

This used to be my go to off site parking for LGA. Their customer service is next to useless. After my flight was cancelled, which was completely out of my control, I was unable to use the parking reservation I had pre paid for. I called the location to let them know and they told me they didn’t care since it was pre paid and I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and explained the situation, told them I wasn’t even looking for a full refund but a credit would be fair since I am a loyal customer. They pretended to submit my “request” to the customer service team and called me two minutes later to tell me they will not be giving me a refund or a credit because the flight being cancelled isn’t their problem. If you do book at this place don’t EVER pre pay. Learned my lesson and won’t be parking here.
