0 stars. I understand no parking rules. But they just sit inside the Denny’s on I-10 and Washington sniping people who leave their car there for 10 seconds. I’m a DoorDash driver who was picking up from the Mexican restaurant next door. Went inside to ask where I could park and within the ten seconds it took me to do that, they had my car loaded up. Had to pay 150 to drop it, to his personal cash app account. So I guess that’s his side hustle. Completely stereotypical don’t care aggressive tow truck driver. I don’t leave reviews ever. Please avoid giving these guys any business.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE, they take your car even if you are going to eat in Dennys, the guy had a GUN!! AND IS VERY AGGRESSIVE!!! Be careful, they have a system with the manager and employees to scam the costumers and make you paid the 300 to get your car back. This is his car he also had the license plates hidden.

I have court orders for this company to reimburse me and have reached out by phone and email. They are very difficult to work with. It’s been a week and I’ve had no response. They wrongfully towed my car with a valid permit on a Wednesday when my car was directly parked in front of this city sign. It’s been frustrating and an inconvenience since the day I had to retrieve my car, missed work (no car), pay for unnecessary expenses, go through court, and to continuously reach out to them about my reimbursement.

Towed my van because they claimed i was Double Parked, Lol YOU can clearly see that A POST shuts down the other lane as our genius HOA placed Dumpsters in our parking spaces..UPDATE: Owner personally came to my residence and refunded me cash. An owner can not always control what their drivers do..But Bill Made it right!

Towed my car for not displaying a handicap sign, but it was clearly displayed. They are clearly trying to hustle money out of people. Also took me 4 calls for them to even pick up the phone.

Crminal theft and trespassing on private properity in the middle of the night again and again, enough is enough,will take law action against this company.

They towed my car twice in 3 days and charged $500 for that.
It was within my lane and parking spot. Says it's need to be little bit more inside.
And Second time they towed it by themselves and showed it little bit more outside .

God is Good. N Here Human beings as creatures are no more human.
Keep doing it until Big storm will approach you from your behind.
