DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR PARKED HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I’m extremely disappointed with this garage. My boyfriend left his car for six days, and when we returned, two tires were completely flat. This is unacceptable for a supposedly secure facility.

The staff showed a shocking level of indifference and provided no assistance or explanation. He has tried reaching the supervisor multiple times, but he’s always unavailable, with no follow-ups.

This frustrating experience leads us to strongly advise others against using this garage. The lack of responsibility and accountability is appalling. I'm also leaving this review because the company deleted his original one.

From the moment I arrived, Albert ensured that everything was handled efficiently. The lot was secure, and I felt confident leaving my vehicle there. I used this company for the first time and I will never park with them again. Parked my car there 11/8 to 11/11 over this weekend, my right front bumper is damaged. I picked up my car 6:17pm and noticed this at 7:01pm so I called them right away about this damage. Spoke to someone finally after calling there several times, they said once the car leaves the lot, they are not responsible! I couldn't believe this person actually said that & think its ok to damage someone's vehicle & brush it off like its not my problem anymore. I asked them to show me the camara or check in pictures before I parked there, they said "we do not do that here". (how convenient for them) I asked for the supervisor info but of course "Steve" is not there. I asked for a simple direct line or email to get him contact but of course he doesn't have one and they gave his gmail instead of company email (I wouldn't be surprised if this is someone's random email at this point) emailed him anyway but no response, shocking... Its sad how this company shows no accountability at all when they damage someone property and just take peoples hard earned money. I hope this review helps someone or they think twice about parking here. Seems like they have several location so I would avoid them at all cost if this is how they treat their customers!

Absolutely the worst airport parking experience of my life. It took them 2 hours (some probably longer) to get my car. I was there the exact time of my reservation and it still look them 2 hours. Its as if they never ran a garage before. The staff was extremally nice and tried to be accommodating, but there was only 1 person getting the cars, which is unacceptable in a small lot. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I should receive a full refund.
