Despues de cinco años parqueando mi auto en ese lugar con total confianza. Es la primera vez que recojo mi auto y me robaron una targeta gift card de $100.00 lo peor es que se robaron la dedicatoria que tenia mas valor. Llame a reportarlo y nunca recibi una llamada de vuelta ni una disculpa. Y para colmo el que robo la giftcard dejo una lata de soda en el mismo
Lugar donde la deje. Me perdieron como cliente.

Deje mi vehiculo y al recogerlo estaba chocado. Y no se responsabilizan por la situación. No los recomiendo. El gerente muy grosero al atender el público. Y pague 130.00 mas reparar el vehículo.NO LOS RECOMIENDO UN VERDADERO DESASTRE

Willie Williams was our driver and not only was he extremely unprofessional but when he was unloading our luggage he threw it out of the car and broke the wheel. He kept saying rude things after we waiting 30 min for our bus

First time using this company for parking at ORD but we've booked airport parking through Way before without issue. Dropping off the car and taking shuttle to airport was no problem. But the last minute instructions the driver gave us where we would get picked up on our way back to the car were vague and confusing. A week later, we tried to call Routes to get shuttle information because we were waiting at the area for Hotel Shuttle and Off-site Parking for over a half hour without seeing a Routes shittle. Phone rang over 10min without an answer. Went to their website, put in our last name and confirmation # but the website didn't recognize it. Tried to call Way for assistance but they didn't have another phone# for the shuttle and they also let it ring for 15min without answer. Finally someone at a taxi stand advised Routes doesn't pick up at this location but at the MMF area which we had to find out from yet another airport employee is the Rental Car Stop on the train. Once we got there, we saw the Routes shuttle within 5min but he wouldn't stop for us because we weren't at Stop #1. Wasted over an hour and who knows how many miles of walking because THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I definitely will never use Routes again.

I had no problems at all. Arrived and it’s valet parking, promptly boarded shuttle and was at my terminal 10 mins later. They help load and unload luggage. 9 days later I arrived and called, was picked up within 10 minutes with a friendly driver. My car was waiting for me at the front. No surprises and good value. I would use this service again. I booked through spot hero and it was less than $20 per day paid in advance. Was in my car and on the road in minutes.

Getting here was easy and dropping off car was easy since I prepaid online. It was my first time using so I wanted to make sure I was doing this right and their customer service at the gate acted like I was the last person on earth he wanted to talk to. The guy that drove me to the airport on the shuttle bus was SOOOOO kind and if it wasn’t for him the review would be 1-star. I got back from my trip and took the train and followed instructions to where they pick up. Called at 5:02 p.m. and they said 10-15 minutes. It became 5:30 p.m. and I called again and he said “should be there soon” another 10 minutes and finally there. So 40 minutes in total to wait and be picked up. Be prepared for long wait times.

AVOID THEM!!! Pay a few bucks extra and go somewhere else. WARNING: ONLY PARK HERE IF YOU WANT TO CHANCE DAMAGE OR THEFT TO YOUR VEHICLE THAT WON’T BE DEALT WITH! They left a 2-3 foot long gouge on my passenger side and left me to discover it! Wish I could give 0 stars. Estimates are $2000 of damage(see pictures below).

The lot manager said he would pull their camera footage and it would take 48-72 hours then never called. When I called them, they are not returning calls. Putting me on hold and nobody ever picks up. Manager always on an errand. Wish I had read the reviews before using them. Looks like unpaid for damaged cars and theft is a common practice.
