A couple of weeks ago, I used your parking service for the first time. Everything went as expected, which made me wonder why you have so many negative reviews. I realized that the problem is that many people don’t read or follow the instructions. The company’s communication is robust, precise, and concise. Most of the complaints stem from one single reason: not following instructions.

When you get off the cruise, you’re given options to disembark. My recommendation is to be among the first to leave. Why? Because leaving early versus late can make a two-hour difference, but waiting one or two hours after disembarkation starts could mean either having the shuttle waiting for you outside or having to wait an hour for a bus to pick you up. Keep in mind that you’re not the only passenger; thousands of people are disembarking from various cruises in the same area, and the drivers are picking up passengers from multiple ships at once.

So, think about it: why leave with the crowd when you have the chance to be among the first and have the shuttle waiting for you? This way, you won’t have to wait, and everything will go as planned. The sticker system they’ve established is brilliant—it makes it easy for passengers to be identified, and the drivers can find them efficiently.

The staff works hard to get you to your car as quickly as possible so you can continue your journey home. The least you can do is tip them.

My experience with the service was outstanding. Although I haven’t used similar services from other companies, once I’m satisfied with one, I stick with it.

Hace un par de semanas utilicé su servicio de estacionamiento por primera vez. Todo ocurrió tal y como estaba previsto, lo que me llevó a preguntarme por qué tienen tantas reseñas negativas. Entendí que el problema es que muchas personas no leen ni siguen las instrucciones. La comunicación de la empresa es robusta, precisa y concisa. La mayoría de las quejas tienen una sola causa: no seguir las instrucciones.

Cuando se baja del crucero, le dan opciones para salir. Mi recomendación es que sea de los primeros en desembarcar. ¿Por qué? Porque salir temprano versus tarde hace una diferencia de dos horas, pero salir una o dos horas después de que comienza el desembarque puede significar que lo estén esperando afuera o que tenga que esperar una hora para que una de las guaguas lo recoja. Recuerde que no es el único pasajero; miles de personas desembarcan de los cruceros en la misma área, y los choferes tienen que recoger pasajeros de varios cruceros a la vez.

Entonces, piense: ¿por qué salir junto con todo el mundo si tiene la oportunidad de ser de los primeros en desembarcar y de que lo estén esperando afuera? Así evitará esperar, y todo ocurrirá como debe ser. El sistema que tienen con los stickers es genial; permite que los pasajeros sean fácilmente identificados, y los choferes pueden encontrarlos de manera eficiente.

Los empleados trabajan arduamente para llevarlo a su carro lo más rápido posible y que usted pueda continuar hacia su hogar. Lo menos que puede hacer es darles una propina en agradecimiento.

Definitivamente, mi experiencia con el servicio fue espectacular. Aunque no he usado los servicios de otras empresas similares, una vez que quedo satisfecho con una compañía, no la cambio.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Dejamos el coche con valijas adentro, pues el lugar es cerrado y con vigilancia. No nos paso nada. Nos llevaron enseguida que dejamos el coche y nos pasaron a buscar tambien enseguida. Eramos 14. Muy recomendable. La unica contra es que solo aceptan efectivo, deberian mejorar eso pues ya casi nadie se maneja con cash.

Desde las 7:30 esperamos por el shutter nos recogieron 8:05 y no nos llevaron al parqueo porque debía esperar por mas personas nos tienen volteando de terminal en terminal, muy mal servicio y el precio que nos dijeron tampoco era

Excelente lugar para parking y tomar un transporte para el puerto y tomar un camión, es mucho más barato que el parking del Puerto

This was the worst experience I’ve had coming off of our vacation cruise. They took 1.5 hours to finally get us from the port and after calling and attempted to get an update, they were hanging up on us and responding aggressive. While we waited in the spot we were told, we saw 4 shuttles(some practically empty) pass us. After them finally getting us, when arrived back to the parking, we attempted to express our unhappiness with their timing and services and the “manager” continues to be rude and dismissive. We had at least 5 cars parked at our his establishment and the “manager” didn’t validate one of our vehicles so we couldn’t exit. We called and asked for help and they said we needed to come find them. Mind you, the parking is a freaking maze! I’ve never had to navigate through such a parking space. Not to mention, finding our cars was tricky too. However, after not being able to exit, instead of someone coming to help, we had to back up to locate the entrance, which was tricky. When I walked in the office 3 of them were just sitting around. And that same “manager” just got up and walked out. Another working apologized and validated the ticket. I let her know that it’s unfortunate that when a customer is already having a terrible experience and the representatives are rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Not good for business and I hope they can be more empathetic, kind and patient with their customers.

IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY…for clarity is is not something that we MIGHT have experienced. You guys were hanging up and did not provide updates…no one in my group had a chance to have an adult conversation or was provided a chance to get rude. And peak season or not, you all were still rude, disorganized, dismissive and disrespectful. And for clarity, the email that you said was sent after we disembarked should not have been how you guys communicated. Who is checking emails while lugging around luggages and calling you to say we’ve arrived(that’s when someone should have advised the wait will be longer than 45 min). After waiting for over the 45min…which is what we were told before we left and after we arrived (I have a sticker to prove it). Upon arriving and after a couple calls is when someone advised about an email! And even then, you said you’ll be there within the hour! We waited for 1.5 hours! Other companies were picking up there people with no problem…DURING A “PEAK SEASON”….stop with the excuses and do better. You guys dropped the ball this time and we suffered!

And for the record…when we shared what company we were waiting for workers on the port had nothing nice to say about your company. That speak volumes.

Was a little hesitant to book Safe Cruise based on some of the reviews, but for us the experience was positive. The wait time was not too long going to the port and getting picked up after coming back. The staff were nice and helpful. Will definitely book them again.
